The Moniatis Hotel is located in the quaint village of Yermasoyia on the outskirts of Limassol Town. The hotel offers the relaxing atmosphere of a small hotel together with modern luxuries. The seafront is approximately a 40 minute walk away or the local bus service runs a 5 minutes away from the hotel and will take you to the Old Town and the tourist area. For nature lovers there are some great walking trails which offer panoramic views over the Yermasoyia Dam.

Ideally located in a peaceful spot on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, The Macronissos Village Club is a complete tourist village with a rustic feel. The sweeping sands of Nissi Bay with its wide range of water sports are close by, as are tavernas and a water park. The pulsing nightlife in Ayia Napa can be reached in five minutes by car or a quick hop on the bus from outside the hotel. Checking in at the lovely reception area, you will receive a warm welcome reflecting the attentive, high standard of service to come. Attractively decorated and well-equipped bungalows with spacious terraces are set among extensive gardens filled with palms and beautiful bougainvillea. The gardens create a lush back drop to the large, beautiful swimming pool with children's pool attached. A wealth of facilities and an extensive leisure programme for all ages mean you'll be torn between an energetic time or a chilled out break. So why not have a bit of both? Engage with fellow guests in volleyball, football, tennis, or water polo, to name a few, before surrendering to a dreamy massage. Don't worry about the children; they'll be well taken care of at the Kids' club, with endless all-day fun with new-found friends. Buffet meals are served in the hotel's inviting restaurant, and sandwiches, ice cream and other snacks can be bought from the bar and by the pool. Each evening entertainment is laid on in the form of barbecues, bingo, karaoke and more.

Our opinion: The well maintained tourist village has plenty to keep you active but it also makes a great base from which to explore. This will suit those who really want a relaxing holiday in a quiet rural area.

Designed in a Cypriot village theme, the Akamanthea Holiday Village is a cluster of pastel coloured buildings grouped around the main hotel facilities of reception lounge, dining room, indoor and outdoor pools, mini gym and sun-bathing terrace. The gardens are well-tended and spacious, providing ample room to enjoy a peaceful day poolside from where the sea views are wonderful. The main pool has a hydro-massage and waterfall to fascinate the children alongside their own splash pool, playroom and playground. For teens and adults, a tennis court and facilities for basket ball and beach volley ball will add to the fun and sustenance is available from the pool bar open 11am to 4pm daily. Its ideal, peaceful rural location in an unspoilt area of Paphos between Latchi and Polis - 2 kms from each - make the Akamanthea a great base from which to hire a car and set off each day to explore the golden beaches and pretty villages nearby. Organised excursions are also available to the Akamas wilderness, and boat trips to the clear waters of Chrysochou Bay. Keeping your tum happy is a key feature of any holiday and, here, it won't be disappointed. The Meze is a cornucopia of traditional Cypriot elements including local cheeses, fresh vegetables, cold meats and fish, houmous, olives, lemon, taramasalata and local home-made bread. After this feast you need only move to the bar where you can enjoy one of the local wines, beer or brandy, traditional ouzo or the pink, cinnamon flavoured Zivania distilled in the Kykko Monastery in Paphos Forest.

The sandy beach, bars, restaurants and shops are within easy reach, making it ideal for those wanting the resort amenities and bustling centre nearby. As well as the excellect location, the Flora Hotel Apartments has some good facilities of its own. There is a pleasant outdoor pool with a separate children's pool. Guests can also enjoy cool drinks from the poolside bar, a game of tennis, or a work out in the gym. There is also a children's playground to keep the more active younger guests out of mischief.

Our opinion: A small, quiet and friendly hotel overlooking a sandy bay. Ideal for guests seeking a relaxing holiday. We do recommend car hire to make the most of your holiday.

Built and decorated in a traditional style, Harry's Hotel is set in a small secluded area of Protaras, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere overlooking the sea. Breakfast is not to be missed as there is something to please everyone! There are plenty of Mediterranean specialities on offer, the restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner. Alternatively you can eat at the snack bar and enjoy a laid back atmosphere while you dine. Outside, there is a lovely swimming pool with a sun terrace - where guests can relax and soak up the sunshine, there are plenty of sun beds and parasols to go around. For the more active guests, a tennis court is available. The hotel has a sauna to enable guests to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing or shopping. Several tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops can be found within a 10 minute walk but for a wider selection the centre of Protaras is only a short bus ride away. To make the most of the Cyprus, car hire is recommended.

The ever popular Arsinoe Beach Hotel is located on the coastal road of Limassol, just across the road from the attractive promenade and long stretch of sandy beach. Situated in the perfect setting, guests can enjoy a perfect balance between relaxation and activity. The main facilities at the Arsinoe Beach Hotel include two swimming pools with sun terraces, a conference room, a health club (with an indoor pool, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath and massage room) and evening entertainment. Bars, restaurants and tavernas can be found close by and the city centre is just a short drive away. The Crown Resorts Henipa is set in pleasant grounds and offers a high standard of accommodation and service. The Hotel consists of 164 rooms, which include 6 suites and 40 Luxury Bungalows. All rooms are superbly furnished with private bathrooms and balconies, most of them have panoramic views. All rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning and heating, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio and central music system. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pools, tennis and sports courts, a fitness centre, games room, and table tennis. For kids' there's a playground and separate swimming pool. Other amenities include laundry facilities, air conditioning in public areas and currency exchange. The hotel hosts special events where guests can experience especially prepared buffets during the summer months and Cyprus Night with traditional dancing. Just a five minutes walk from the nearest sandy beach, a selection of bars, restaurants and shops, the hotel offers the ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday but with so many amenities on offer there is little need to venture far.

Situated just back from the Tombs of the Kings road and near to the Paphos lighthouse, the Kissos Hotel is set in pretty landscaped gardens surrounding a large lagoon pool. The Cypriot design, Mediterranean decor, superb facilities and warm hospitable atmosphere together with friendly staff and a high standard of service make the Kissos a very popular three-star hotel. This centrally located hotel is only 200 metres from the Mediterranean coast and the nearest beach is just a ten-minute walk away. There is a good selection of bars, tavernas, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

A short walk will bring you to the nearest sandy beach and there are numerous bars, restaurants, tavernas and shops within easy walking distance. The facilities of the hotel are available to all guests staying within the complex and you will find the atmosphere both friendly and relaxing.
