Our opinion: The Grand Oasis Palace de Muro offersa great range of top quality facilities in a beautiful beachside location.
A stay at the Grand Oasis Palace de Muro is a memorable experience. A very attractive hotel with stunning, classical architectural and modern interior, you will feel in the lap of luxury without any hint of pretentiousness. It is conveniently located along the beachside road and has views over the wide Mediterranean to the long horizon. It's a peaceful spot, but there is no difficulty in reaching town, if you feel the need, as frequent buses and taxis make their way regularly up and down the strip, taking you to the shops restaurants and nightlife a stone's throw away.
Rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. What's more, they're spotlessly clean - maids come in daily. Touches such as separate towels for the bath and the pool, and fluffy white robes for either, add to the opulent feel. Slip on your robe for a stroll to the spa where a wide range of indulgent and energizing treatments are on offer. An indoor pool, sauna and steam room, squash courts and plenty of fitness equipment in the gym are on hand to keep you in shape. The grand outdoor pool is surrounded by a sun terrace which leads straight down to one of the best beaches on Majorca. Sun loungers and parasols aplenty are placed around the pool inviting you to spend time doing very little in the warm sunshine sun other than taking it easy. The adjacent pool bar with its steady flow of refreshments seals the deal.
As the sun goes down, dinner options include the Japanese and Italian restaurants on site, or the main, regular buffet: a fab spread with a Majorcan theme once a week, with won't fail to please.
