Our opinion:
A good standard of accommodation providing the ideal setting for an away from it all holiday close to the beach.
Situated in the peaceful Pissouri Bay, the Kotzias Hotel Apartments are located opposite and just a 100 meters from the seafront. The charming cluster of apartments and studios provide a village feel and are the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. Accommodation is of a good standard with a selection of tavernas and local shops to be found close by. Situated between Limassol and Paphos, this is the ideal base from which to explore the beautiful island of Cyprus or alternatively, just sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Apartments (sleep 2/4 & 4/6) with one or two twin bedded rooms. The two bedroom apartments have bath/shower, one bedroom apartments have shower. All apartments have open plan kitchenette with cooker, toaster and kettle, satellite TV, radio and a balcony or terrace. Studios (sleep 1/2, 2/3 or 2/4) with twin beds, bathroom with shower, open plan kitchenette with cooker, toaster and kettle, satellite TV, radio and a balcony or terrace. All studios are located on the ground floor.
Just stayed here for 2 weeks with husband and 2 daughters age 14 and 12 and my parents. Got a fantastic bargain from olympic and can't fault them whatsoever (not fussed on Jet2). Karen the rep was brilliant and nothing is too much trouble she is very helpfull and comes twice a day! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which needs updating. The cleaners come 5 days a week although they don't clean that well. We had a problem with ants and bedbugs on the campbeds, and a few cockroaches. They did fumigate the apartment a few times though and left us a spray. The pool was lovely no need to reserve a sunbed and we had it to ourselves some days. The pool bar is handy and reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly. Cyprus is very expensive and if you plan on eating out everday you will need more spends than you thought as we realised (but why cook on holiday). Pissouri village is lovely and has a really cheap kebab takeaway which are very tasty, and you can sit and eat them in one of the bars if you want the owner will take your order and bring it to you. Too far to walk and costs 10 euros in a taxi one way, the best way to explore the area is in a car as Pissouri is quiet and traditional and there are so many places to see. Fissouri waterpark is great and Olympic do tickets and transfer very reasonably priced. I could go on forever about Pissouri but why not visit yourself you wont be dissappointed.

im geoff was they last year aug cuming bk this year sept 11 fab place tracey i cud not fault it you can get taxi to pussouri village lovely meals up they bar side pool love it great people ..

Stayed July 2011 in a Studio apartment for 2-4 people for one week, two adults and 15 year old son. We booked inland view but got ground floor with sea view which was great. The apartment was a decent size and although in need of a revamp was clean. For the amount we paid in the school hols I was very pleased with the standard of everything. Pool and bar area very nice, the beach and watersports fantastic. Fantastic location but hire a car for a few days to site see and use the main supermarket in Pissouri Village (much cheaper but you do need a car to get to it). You will need cash to pay for air conditioning and safe deposit box as they do not take cards. Restaurants all similar price wise and we had some nice meals. Bank, cash point, beach, shops and restaurants all within a copule of minutes walk. Ideal location with a fantastic bay (explore). Negative was the flights with Sky Wings. Delays and very very shabby planes but nice crew. I will avoid Sky Wings in the future. Overall had a great time.

can u tell me if there is a cash machine near and do u know weather it excepts vista debit ive been told there is 1 at the columbia but its co op and doesant work for debit cards

We stayed here in August 2011 in a one bedded apartment for a week. The apartment was large and airy if slightly dated, but overall fine. We didn't pay much for this holiday and it was much better than expected. The pool area is great and the snack bar serves good food and is reasonably priced. Pissouri is small quiet and family friendly. Not a noisy bar in sight. Some decent restaurants, the Vine Leaf was good and some good ones in the village, which is not within walking distance as it is uphill all the way. Many people have said stay at the Hylatio instead. I disagree! We went to the Hylatio for the Cypriot night and it was no better than these apartments. Dimitri was great and couldn't do enough. My only criticism would be of the prices in the resort, the food and shops were really expensive and it was noted that some of the other resorts were considerably cheaper. If you need to buy anything head for the big supermarkets they are at least a third cheaper than any of the shops in the resort.

Kotzias Apptmts are so well situated, clean and well appointed. This year (2011) will be our 4th visit and a warm welcome is always awaiting us.

Stayed here in September 2011. Our second visit to Pissouri but first to Kotzias. The apartments are basic and could do with a revamp but they were clean and the location is perfect - two minutes to the beach and restaurants. We only used the pool once as we prefer being on the beach but it had plenty of sun loungers and the pool bar. The rep was excellent and had lots of useful local tips.

We stayed here in October 2011 in a one bedded apartment for a week. The apartment was large, due to having an apartment near the road we had to pay for A/C (7 Euros per day) so we could reduce noise at night from cars using the road at night.Owner of apartments was very helpful and they are in a good position near to beach and restaurants.
