A brand new complex, the Louis Althea Kalamies Luxury Villas are top quality holiday properties kitted out to an exceptional standard and furnished in contemporary white blue and beige, imbuing each villa with a cool and tranquil coastal feel. Each villa is fabulously equipped with every household necessity from free wi-fi, satellite TV and DVD player to dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Each villa opens on to a veranda with an area of lawn leading to its own private swimming pool. Sunbeds and parasols are available to complete the relaxing scene. Guests can enjoy a relaxing stroll around the scenic gardens of Louis Althea Kalamies and, for a change from preparing meals in the villa, a variety of restaurants and bars can be found in the centre of Protaras, 500 metres away.
Situated on the famous gold sandy beach of Pernera, the view from the villa is filled with the wide expanse of sapphire sea, promising the perfect antidote to the stresses and strains of everyday life. All you have to do is to switch off and chill out. When you're ready to explore again, you are in the perfect spot to visit the picturesque National Park of Cape Greco with its famous sea caves, or one of the many pretty beaches nearby. To really pick up the pace and shake out any pent up negativity, there is a regular bus service to the hedonism of Ayia Napa, with its restaurants, bars and nightclubs where you can really let it all hang out.

Three bedroom and four bedroom villas, for 6 to 8 people, are bright and contemporary in design, maximising living space, complete with quality furnishings, high-tech equipment and modern amenities. Room features include air-conditioning, private bathroom with shower including massage shower panel, hair dryer, robes & slippers, a full kitchenette including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, tea/coffee machine, toaster, and satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, iron & board, safe box, and free baby cot on request. All villas open on to a veranda and grass area leading to the private swimming pool with sun beds and parasols.
Entertainment
Three times a week the animation team of each one of the Louis Hotels will be performing a cooking show by the pool, presenting different traditional dips and dishes.
Cuisine
The brand new 'Grab & Go' concept will be available by the pools during the hours 10:00-18:00 and will allow guests to grab quick bites between meals and eat them at their leisure. There will be a different daily menu, which will include sandwiches, kebabs, wraps, burgers, pizzas etc.
