Our opinion:
Friendly, family run apartments within a ten minute walk of Protaras centre.
Sweet Memories Hotel and Apartments is located on the main Protaras road. These friendly, family-run apartments are within a ten minute walk of the resort centre. Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool, a small splash pool for children, a very spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Guests have plenty of options for entertainment nearby including bars, restaurants, cafes and clubs. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute drive away - allowing you to enjoy all that is on offer in both of these resorts.
One bedroom apartments sleep 2/4 with air conditioning (payable locally), twin beds, bath, shower, open plan kitchenette (with cooking rings) and a private balcony with inland view. Extra beds are sofa beds or camp beds. Two bedroom apartments sleep 4/6 with inland view, studios sleep 2/3 with twin beds and an extra sofa/camp bed, rooms are equipped as apartments with inland view.
Been to Sweet Memories for 2 years in a row now, And we really enjoy our stay there, the apartments are nice and spacious, basic as to be expected, some have a stunning view of the coastline, others have a pretty view of the church on the Hill. Nice swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. Bar is open till late and the atmosphere is always friendly and chatty, the bar maid on nights, lisa is lovely and really helpful. Bar is priced reasonably, 2euro for some yummy cocktails! It's about 5 mins walk to the start of the Protaras strip, takes a good ten to fifteen mins to walk the whole strip, sweet memories is ideally located for a lovely holiday, we will be back again :)

we had a great time at sweet memories the rooms were spotless clean everybody was so helpful from reception to barstaff even the cleaning ladies and handyman nothing was too much trouble for anyone of them we are going back to sweet memories in august this year cant wait to go back and see them this year so much fun even the entertainment was great i would certainly reccomend it to anyone who wants a great holiday .

We had a late deal for a week in may we found the staff friendly and the accomodation clean and spacious.
It was close enough to walk to protarus centre and penera slowly within ten minutes.
It was a nice touch to find groceries in the apartment on arrival.
Well done Sweet Memories and the Olympic Reps. A good value deal all round.
Would I will definately return to this accomodation and resort.

We go on holiday to Cyprus every year in Oct and for the last few years have stayed at Sweet Memories, the location and friendlyness of the staff is second to non Caroline on reception is lovely and nothing is a bother to her hoping to be back this Oct again

Just returned from a holiday at Sweet Memories Apts, what a great place to stay. The apartment was nice and big and spotless clean, the pool area was very nice and plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar is reasonably priced. The staff are all very nice and cant do enough for you. Protaras strip was only a five minute walk away and Penera 10 minutes, I would highly recommend these apartments and will be coming back soon. We also got the bus into Ayia Napa, it was only €2 return and well worth the money, the harbour is very nice and lots of nice places to eat around there.
I would like to also say the rep Charlotte was very good at her job and knew the area very well and nothing was to much trouble to her,

the meals are very nice, ive just come back from half board, the breakfasts are good quality with a wide variety, evening meals are big portions and tasty. Go for the pancake desserts!

Me and my boyfriend have stayed at Sweet Memories twice, we went there last year and returned again in may this year, this is a great place to stay, the staff are friendly and will do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. the rooms are very clean and spacious. We will definately be returning again very soon :-)

We have stayed here twice before and we are going to book these apartments again for next year. Staff are friendly, the location is good, as far enough away from any noise from the main strip yet only 5 minutes walk away

Just returned from 2 weeks at sweet memories,3rd stay in protaras,1st stay at sweet memories already looking to return to these apartments next year. Very friendly staff,good location and the Greek night here was one of the best nights we've had on any previous holiday

Just back from another wonderful stay at Sweet Memories. We really can't fault this place! We have been coming here with Olympic for quite a few years now, and hope to carry on doing so in the future. Good location, all staff and management are very friendly and helpful, good exchange rate, and most of all, we feel totally relaxed and safe here. Can't wait till next year!

Just returned from Sweet Memories for the 2nd time and i seem to be looking again for next year, I can only say good things about this place as it is such a friendly hotel to stay at and is in the best position in the resort as it is far enough away from all the noise and is in walking distance of both protaras and pernera so you can have the choice of a lively or quiet night out
