Our opinion: The Mexicana Sharm Resort is a lovely, clean property with nice pools and surroundings that will suit all types of travellers.
The Mexicana Sharm Resort is situated on the Hadaba plateau close to the Ras Um Sid coastline. The hotel is approximately 15 kms from the airport, 6 kms from Naama Bay and 2 kms from the Old Town of Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel offers a modern and comfortable design, making it ideal for guests seeking a relaxing break. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and leisure facilities for all members of the family to enjoy.
The Mexicana Sharm Resort has 106 guest rooms (Standard), 76 family rooms (apartments) and 12 executive suits designed to ensure the utmost in comfort and convenience. All rooms have great views over the swimming pools or gardens. Guests can enjoy the sun around one of 2 swimming pools. At the big pool, the DJ is on hand to ensure guests relax to the chill out music whilst a refreshing cocktail from the pool bar can also be enjoyed. A small children's playground is also available close to the pool to add some fun to your children's day. The smaller pool is ideal for the guests who prefer a quiet, relaxing time.
