The simple style Park Avenue Hotel consists of 45 rooms and is located on the busy main Calangute Road, right in the heart of the resort. It is within close proximity of all resort facilities such as shops and restaurants. A 20 minute walk will take you to the sandy beach.

This property is unsuitable for those with walking difficulties due to the high number of steps.
