Our opinion:
Tereza apartments are the perfect choice for as peaceful or as lively a holiday as you choose.
Book in at Tereza's and get ready for some family fun hosted by welcoming owners, Tereza and Spiros. On the main road into Sidari, the unpretentious apartments sit around two sides of the pretty swimming pool, and are spacious and spotlessly clean. They more than fulfill their function to provide comfortable accommodation with the facilities required for a stress-free stay; all you need concern yourself with is enjoyment. Each apartment or studio has a private bathroom and shower, a kitchenette and balcony or terrace. Here sun loungers, umbrellas and tented seating areas provide top spots in which to perfect the art of relaxation under the endless blue sky. The adjacent pool bar is on hand to keep you topped up with refreshments and you can keep an eye on children playing happily in their own fenced-off section of the pool. A TV room and restaurant round off things nicely.
The main beach is long and sandy with a calm shallow sea - ideal for families - with a variety of watersports on offer. To the west are the famous coves of the Canal D'Amour, where several sand and shingle coves have formed. Ten minutes on foot and you will get to the lively centre of Sidari, abuzz with activity, particularly after dark. En route are plenty of friendly bars and shops too. Speaking of entertainment, back at Tereza's, the weekly programme of fun kicks off as the sun goes down, including a Greek night, bingo, quizzes, karaoke and barbecue night.
Studios sleep 1/2 and 2/3 persons. Two bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 or 6 people. All have air conditioning (payable locally), safety deposit box (payable locally), a kitchenette with two cooking rings, a private bathroom with shower and a private balcony with pool or inland views. Please note that fans can be hired locally.
Terezas - excellent apartments, basic but very well maintained & very clean. Fantastic staff very helpful, family run - Spiros & Angelo (father & son) friendly & very proud of their business & so they should be! All their staff, cleaners included do a very good job. I have had two visits to Terezas and would certainly go back & have no hesitation to recommending these apartments to others, good location close to amenities but far enough away from hustle & bustle! Good standard of food served too if you dont want to venture into the centre.

Tereza's apartments are the perfect place to base yourself in SIdari, Corfu. The rooms are cleaned 6days a week to a very high standard with fresh bed linen each night. Each room has built in air conditioning, and whilst a key to operate this is an extra expense, (about 5 euro's each day for the smaller apt and 8 euro's for a larger apt) this was a superb luxury, quiet and very efficient. For extra safety there is a block of deposit boxes inside the main entrance where valuables can be stored (the best 10 euro's you will spend for a week's piece of mind). The pool is 2.85m deep at the deep end and 1m at the shallow end, with a cordoned baby pool beyond that. I saw the pool cleaned each night, and then Angelos did a second pool inspection after for quality control - impressive. Poolside sun loungers are plentiful, good quality and a great way to relax. I spoke several times to Tereza who explained that the hotel and surrounding area is sprayed every month to eliminate mosquitoes - and this has resulted in an almost pest free area - which was very welcome. The rooms have a fridge, two ring cooker and adequate supply of utensils and pans, no toaster but an electric kettle - but given the profusion of eating places in Sidari unless you are on a very tight budget you will probably eat out.
Eating out is no problem although Tereza's apt's have a very good menu and this is significantly cheaper than the nearby Taverna's and very good quality too. The full English breakfast is a good start to the day and only slightly more expensive than Tereza's cooked breakfast that I preferred. Meals served from 9am until 10pm and fresh produce brought in daily. One rule that is strictly kept is that only food and drink bought in the main hotel should be eaten by the pool - and the apartments are the place to eat your supermarket bought supplies. Given local tax laws this is very fair and my preference would be to keep the poolside free of all food anyway as eating and swimming don't mix well. Being a non-smoker it was disappointing to see that Corfu isn't as enlightened as in the Uk about smoking in public places!
Drinks at the bar are the same price as in any Taverna and a nice touch was the freezer kept glasses which meant that the cool drinks were icy fresh (very welcome after a hot day by the pool).
