A beautiful sandy beach is approximately a 10 minutes walk away with a variety of water sports on offer for those seeking an active holiday. There are many restaurants, shops and tavernas just a 5 to 10 minute walk away. A short walk through the olive groves from St. George South will bring you to the village of Argirades, where daily life continues in the traditional way as it has for years. The surrounding area is ideal for those who enjoy picturesque walks. The resort is also great for couples or families seeking great golden sandy beaches. We recommend a torch for returning to the accommodation at night.

The hotel provides simple yet comfortable accommodation with cosy studios which feature a selection of amenities. During the day guests can enjoy the swimming pool, with a children's pool and sun terrace, as well as a poolside snack bar for refreshments throughout the day. The Alexander Beach Hotel offers simple yet comfortable accommodation, with on-site parking available. A fantastic large sandy beach can be found a 20 minute walk away and there are other smaller beach areas within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

For the convenience of guests, the property provides a reception, currency exchange desk, internet access and safety deposit boxes (payable locally). Guests can unwind by the swimming pool or indulge in the tasty treats at the poolside snack bar. In addition, the property offers evening entertainment including bingo, karaoke, quiz night, and Greek night (payable locally). The Star Studios are ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday. The nearest beach is only 10 minutes walk away. There are some facilities located only a short walk from the accommodation and a bus stop is located at the end of the road.

Our opinion: These compact Greek style rooms, friendly owners and great pool make it an ideal place for everyone.Kamelia Studios provide basic, compact accommodation and are situated in a quiet yet central location with well maintained gardens and a large swimming pool. Tavernas, restaurants and bars can all be found within a 2 minute walk and the nearest supermarket can be found within a 3 minute walk. The golden sand beach is also only a 3 minute walk away.
Golden Sands Hotel
Our opinion: A great choice for a lazy sunshine holiday, with the beautiful beach and a wide selection of amenities within easy reach.The Golden Sands Hotel is ideally situated close to all the resorts facilities and the beautiful sandy beach of St George - one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Corfu. The hotel offers basic yet comfortable rooms and a pleasant pool area. There are plenty of amenities within easy reach, including a supermarket located next door and bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs just down the road. The kind and professional staff offer a warm welcome and delicious homemade dishes in the lovely restaurant.
