A great location, convenient for the beach.Situated just off the beach and a two minute walk to the bar and beach road of Malia, the traditionally Greek Stelios Gardens is set in beautiful garden surroundings in a tranquil location. The lively resort of Malia is only 10-15 minutes away. For those seeking something energetic to do during the day, the nearest water sports centre offers jet skiing, para-gliding and pedaloes, and is only 200 metres from Stelios Gardens. The Stelios Gardens is a family run business where you are sure to find a welcoming atmosphere and if there's anything you need there is always someone on hand to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

Our opinion: This property is ideal for those seeking a lively holiday atmosphere with great club activities!The well maintained, contemporary Yiannis Manos Apartments are set in a quiet area, a short 7 minutes walk away from the busy Malia Beach Road. Relax by the one of the two large swimming pools with snack bar or walk 1 km to Malia port and beach. A selection of sandy beaches are available all along the 3 kms beach road area. The accommodation offers great self catering facilities making it ideal for groups of friends seeking a holiday with lively nightlife within easy reach. The lovely pool area is a great place to relax after a night out in the buzzing resort centre of Malia.
Villa Condessa
Our opinion: Well maintained accommodation in a beautiful part of Malia with lovely owners.These extremely attractive and well maintained studios and apartments are situated in the picturesque old village of Malia. Situated in a quiet location the property is close to the traditional tavernas and bars of the resort, however just a five minute walk will also bring you to the bustling life of the beach road area where there are numerous discos, bars, restaurants and shops. The owners take great pride in their property and are sure to welcome you with a 'Raki' or two.
Danaides Apartments
Our opinion: Great for the young and lively, close to all the bars and clubs the resort has to offer.The Danaides Apartments are located at the top of the Beach Road, close to all the bars and clubs in this lively resort. This accommodation is ideal for the young and lively with plenty of amenities close by and the beach only around a 15 minute walk away. The accommodation is well maintained and the gardens are well looked after, the room sizes are very generous and the staff are prepared to go out of there way to cater for your every needs. Please note that guests will have a 5-10 minute walk with their luggage to get to the apartments from the coach drop-off point.
Bella Elena Apartments
Our opinion: Basic traditional apartments, set in a quiet location in the heart of Malia's old village.These basic traditional apartments are set in a quiet location in the heart of Malia's old village. There are many cafe-bars and tavernas close by and Malia's lively nightlife is just a ten minute walk away. The Bella Elena Apartments are an ideal base with which to enjoy everything that Malia has to offer and this is very much a lively accommodation especially during July & August with some evening entertainment such as bbq's & quiz nights. We would recommend this accommodation to the young (or young at heart) who want to be in a great location within easy reach of Malia's attractions. Please note that guests must walk for 5 minutes with luggage to and from accommodation on transfers.
Maria Rousse
The Maria Rousse Studios are set back in a quiet location amidst lovely gardens. These self catering studios are bright and spacious, and have a large pool and sun terrace, with a pool bar and TV lounge with views of the mountains. However, the lively resort of Malia with its fantastic selection of bars, shops, tavernas and clubs is within a short walking distance. The sandy beach of Malia is just 900 metres away.

Our opinion: This friendly accommodation is in a fantastic location for the lively nightlife of Malia.The Princess Studios & Annexe are located just a 2 minute walk from the top of Beach Road, where you will find supermarkets, shops and all of the bars and clubs of Malia. Malia Beach is a 15-20 minute walk away. Malia is a vibrant resort with plenty of bars and night clubs, making it a great choice for those who want to dance the night away. Malia beach offers a lively atmosphere and a great selection of water sports. This friendly accommodation is a great choice for groups of friends seeking fun in the sun!
Arkadi Studios
Our opinion: Suitable for young & lively guests.Located in the heart of the busy resort of Malia on Bar Road, the Arkadi Studios offer basic accommodation close to all resort facilities. The self catering studios sleep up to 3 people, are open plan and have twin beds, safety deposit boxes (in most rooms) and private bathrooms with shower. In the outdoor complex guests will find an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a sun loungers, which provides a perfect spot to spend lazy days in the sun. Guests can enjoy light snacks and cooling refreshments from the pool bar throughout the day. The lively night life Malia has to offer is right on the Arkadi's doorstep. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away and is the perfect location to relax during the day.
Triton Hotel
Our opinion: The Triton hotel is in an ideal location for the lively Malia Beach Road. Ideal for families and couples looking for a comfortable base in Malia. Mid June to Mid August, this hotel attracts the young and lively.Just 500 metres from the traditional village of Malia, famous for its mild weather, long sandy beaches and good nightlife, Triton hotel offers modern rooms overlooking the pool and garden. Located on the main road along the beach, the hotel is easily accessible from Heraklion International Airport (32 kms). As the capital of Crete, Heraklion has a lot to offer and is a great day trip from the hotel. Also worth a look are the archaeological finds from the famous Minoan palace of Malia. However, you may not want to leave the hotel and there is definitely more than enough to entertain you.

Our opinion: Family run accommodation, pleasantly located in a peaceful area.This family-run accommodation is pleasantly located on the hill above Malia's Old Village, on the outskirts of town. The apartments offer a lively location within 15 minute's walking distance of bars and tavernas of the Old Village, 20 minutes walk to the lively area of Malia Bar Street and 25 minutes to the beach. A modern large complex set amongst attractive gardens, the Stella Maria Apartments commands good views, with the resort of Stalis also only three kilometres away. This property is also a good base for those who want to be close to, but not in the centre of the nightlife.
