Our opinion: This simple, family run accommodation is set in a relaxing location and is ideal for couples.

The Mareva Apartments are set in a relaxing location half way between the resorts of Hersonissos and Koutouloufari. The main street of Hersonissos is only 400 metres away where local amenities can be found. Although the accommodation is fairly basic, it is well maintained and located in relaxing surroundings and provides its guests with and excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. This property is situated in a hillside location.

Our opinion: The Acropolis Apartments are a small and friendly apartment complex in a scenic and peaceful area, just minutes from the beach and the resort centre.

The Acropolis Apartments have been welcoming guests from all over Europe and beyond for many years. The pleasant service and friendly atmosphere will guarantee a memorable holiday in Hersonissos, Crete. The Acropolis Apartments consists of 30 apartments, all nicely finished with picturesque peaceful surroundings. The apartments are located only 150 metres from the sea and 150 metres from the town centre.

This friendly, newly refurbished, traditional Cretan style hotel is located in a quiet, picturesque part of Hersonissos, within easy reach of the beach, a small water park and the resort centre. The hotel offers a very pleasant atmosphere, especially its lovely pool area, snack bar and gardens. Due to its location away from the bustle of the resort centre, the Dimitra Hotel is the perfect place in which to relax. Guests can start their day with a tasty continental buffet breakfast served in the breakfast room. A good selection of facilities are also at the disposal of guests, with the pool area being a popular choice for a spot of sunbathing or for a refreshing dip. The children's pool is also on hand to keep younger guests occupied. The Snack bar provides snacks and hot and cold beverages throughout the day. The Dimitra Hotel is for families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway in Crete. The complex is approximately 1 kilometre from the end of the village where guests will find a choice of tavernas, supermarkets, local craft and other gift shops and bars.

The Agrabella Hotel is situated on the northern shores of Crete, where the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea blend beautifully with the vast blue sky. Ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy Cretan hospitality in the beautiful scenery of Crete. Experienced and well-trained staff coupled with the quality services offered by the hotel make the Agrabella Hotel the ideal place for a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday. There is a great deal on offer here for guests enjoyment such as a bar, restaurant, lounge and a swimming pool where guests can soak up the sun or or enjoy a refreshing dip. Located in an elevated position with spectacular panoramic views over the sea and the mountains, the hotel offers a great value base from which to explore all that this section of the Cretian coast has to offer. This includes amazing scenery and some of the most exciting resorts on the island. Though within a short walking distance, buses from the stop just 200 metres from the hotel will whisk you in no time into the centre of the cosmopolitan town of Hersonissos with its wide choice of shops, bars and buzzing nightspots and, a little further along the coast, is the well known party mecca of Malia. Within easy reach of the hotel are a number of pretty sand and shale beaches where a wide variety of watersports are on offer. The centre point of the hotel is its great pool and expansive sun terrace - the ideal place to stretch out on loungers under the sun and recharge batteries after an energetic night out. For a break from sunbathing, go indoors for a sport of billiards, darts or table tennis. More energetic guests may also be enticed into the gym for a touch of toning up. Our opinion: Good value for money modern and stylish hotel which would appeal to those who are looking to be in the centre of the resort and want a base to enjoy a lively beach holiday, ideal for couples of all ages and young and lively guests.

Located in the centre of the busy Hersonissos resort, just 100 metres from one of the many smaller bays that Hersonissos has to offer and approx. 600 metres away for the busy water front will lots of restaurants and bars to choice from. Even though this hotel is located on the busy main road of the resort, the hotels grounds are quiet and has a lovely back yard with swimming pool. Heraklion Airport is 25 kms from the Hotel Sergios, Heraklion Town is 28 kms west, the Port is 27 kms west, and Aghios Nikolaos is 30 kms east of the hotel.

The lovely Mareblue Village is located on a hillside near to the main national highway on the outskirts of Hersonissos and is approximately 2.5 kms from the centre of the resort. Newly built, it is made up of a series of buildings and the architecture compliments the beauty of the surrounding area. This is a great resort offering a good range of facilities for all the family to enjoy. The sandy beach is 0.8 kms away.

The Heronissos Hotel is located 25 kilometres east of Heraklion, the capital of Crete, in one of the most attractive resorts of the island, Hersonissos. This lively resort is perfect for those seeking a fun filled night-life, with tavernas, discos and shops. The main golden sandy beach of Hersonissos is just 60 metres away and the hotel also offers a pleasant pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas - the ideal place to relax with a cool drink. The Heronissos Hotel is perfect for couples and families seeking good value for money within a lively resort.

Our opinion: A good standard of accommodation situated on the outskirts of Hersonissos.

This modern and well maintained complex is situated in an elevated position set back from the main road between the resorts of Hersonissos and Stalis. With its excellent views overlooking the sea and its attractive gardens, it is ideal choice for a relaxing holiday. The nearest beach is approximately a 10 minute walk away. Alternatively, if you do not wish to venture far, lazy days can be spent around the pools or a 10 minute drive will bring you to the beach of Stalis. A few tavernas, bars, discos and shops can all be found approximately a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes drive away.
