Well maintained accommodation in a beautiful part of Malia with lovely owners.
These extremely attractive and well maintained studios and apartments are situated in the picturesque old village of Malia. Situated in a quiet location the property is close to the traditional tavernas and bars of the resort, however just a five minute walk will also bring you to the bustling life of the beach road area where there are numerous discos, bars, restaurants and shops. The owners take great pride in their property and are sure to welcome you with a 'Raki' or two.

The apartments are very clean and tidy. The owner George is so friendly and helpful. We have stayed there for 7 years and never had a problem.

stayed in these appartments and was well kept , clean and maintaind , owners could not do enough to make your stay comfortable , would recomend this accomadation to anyone ,

We have stayed at Villa Condessa (actually Villa Contessa) over the last 18 Years sometimes 4 times in a year. This accomodation is without a doubt the best you will find anywhere in Greece George Nikos, Maria and Yannis are the nicest people you will meet. We have met some lovely people there and the apartments are absolutley immaculate so if you want the perfect holiday this is the place for you. Graham and Heather S.

Stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of August/Sept. Having booked an extremely last minute deal we weren't expecting much, however Villa Contessa was much more than expected. Rooms extremely clean, the owners George & Nicholas were incredibly welcoming & friendly. They were on hand to recommend places of interest, directions etc. I would highly recommend here, we were mixed ages and found something for everyone. Loved Malia had a fantastic holiday, would definitely re-visit. Also trip to Spinalonga was absolutely amazing, don't do the coach tour if there's a few of you hire a car. We did for 30euro and drove to Elounda where you can get a boat across for 10euros each, totally worth the visit. Only downside no pool but the Stelios pool was lovely & peaceful, the owners there are also extremely friendly & welcoming...plus they do a great Rainbow Cocktail ? Great Holiday
