The Horizons Stelios Stalis Beach Hotel and Bungalows occupy a privileged location where the sweep of the bay draws your eye and the heat is relieved by occasional sea breezes. This peaceful area is only 2 to 3 kms from the party places of Malia and Heronissos, but is a little oasis of calm greenery interspersed with the clarety-pink of the bougainvillea, striking against the glowing white of the low, stone buildings, and pretty ponds.

The hotel building houses a large, air-conditioned lounge where guests can come to relax with a book, or to chat with fellow guests over a cup of coffee or a cocktail when it's too hot outside. Terraces in both the main bar and restaurant offer stunning views over the bay, and the pools, snack bar and playground occupy an elevated spot to take advantage of the panorama, too.
