Our opinion: Popular, friendly, family run hotel with an inviting pool area.The friendly Normas Village offers a good standard of accommodation which offers an open plan kitchenette, air conditioning (payable locally), as well as a balcony or terrace with inland views. Guests are also welcome to use the hotels swimming pool and sun loungers under the spacious sun terrace. The hotel is situated in the Kalymnos area, only a few minute's walk from the main square. Here you can find a good selection of shops, tavernas and bars and the nearest beach is within a five minute walk.
Kalymnos Nefeli Studios
Our opinion: This well maintained accommodation offers an extremely friendly welcome in a beautiful setting.Kalymnos Nefeli Studios are located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the resort and are set in fantastic gardens which the owners look after passionately. They are just a few minutes walk from Myrties beach and close to the main beaches of Massouri and Melitsahas. There are lots of restaurants and mini markets nearby as well as a bus stop and taxis.
Kantouni Beach Hotel
Our opinion: This beach front located hotel offers guests a warm stay.The Kantouni Beach is a handsome complex of apartments with a garden, sun terrace and a swimming pool with bar, set right on an unspoilt sandy beach, nestling below spectacular mountain scenery.
Plaza Hotel
Our opinion: A well presented hotel offering guests an excellent standard of accommodation.The fully renovated Plaza Hotel is located in the heart of Massouri Village, within walking distance of the restaurants, tavernas, shops and nightlife in the village. It consists of 59 rooms and 2 luxury suites, all fully equipped and furnished for comfort, with private balconies. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate up to three adults and some bigger rooms include an internal connection door making them ideal for families. An appetising breakfast buffet is included which can be enjoyed while taking in some stunning sea views and sight of the striking island of Telendos, reachable with a 5-minute boat ride. This can also be enjoyed from the hotel pool which is a pretty, kidney-shaped expanse of calm, blue water, incorporating a children's splash pool and wide sun-bathing terrace, just metres from the sea. Public areas in the hotel have an airy, uncluttered feel to them - an ideal place for guests to relax in the cool, or catch up with work or home using the hotel's Wifi connection. As a base to explore this enchanting island, the Plaza Hotel is a great choice; the island has become one of the most popular rock-climbing destinations in the world, as well as the centre of the Greek sponge diving industry. Our opinion: This is a family run hotel offering comfortable accommodation and a good location close to Massouri centre.The Philoxenia Hotel is perfectly situated offering superb sea views. All the amenities of Massouri are just 500 metres away.
