Our opinion: This traditional hotel was previously an olive press which has been beautifully converted into the charming hotel that it is today.
The Olive Press Hotel is a charming old 19th century building which, as the name suggests, once processed olives, and sits on the main Blue Flag beach in Molyvos. The picturesque town, which is within walking distance, has retained its traditional charm and features a harbour, old manor houses and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to experience. Meanwhile the village of Petra is just 5 kms away and is well-known for having one of the best sandy beaches on the island. This is an ideal choice for those looking for a beach holiday and a great base to explore nearby fishing villages as well as historical and cultural sites. The airport is 70 kms away.
