Our opinion:
This is a quiet out of the way property with great views where guests are always looked after by the friendly owners.
Set in an olive grove on a hillside overlooking Lichnos lies the charming Efi Studios, which have been a favourite for many English guests in recent years. These lovely studios are ideal for those seeking a real taste of traditional Greece.
Please note: This property is on the edge of Parga so we would recommend car hire for at least some of your holiday. It is also up a long dirt track so may not be suitable for disabled or elderly guests.
Studios sleep 2/2 with air conditioning (payable locally), kitchenette area, safety deposit box (payable locally) and a private bathroom with shower.

just arrived back from the efi,wonderful tranquil place lovely owners pool nice and quiet,not up a dirt track as stated, 200metres off the main road about 15mins to resort centre slow walk downhill.fab relaxing holiday will return well done olympic...

I stayed at the Efi apartments in 2008. The owner Efi was very helpful and always on hand if anything was needed. We stayed in the room that is shown in the picture at the end of the building, I cannot remember what room number it was, but it never seemed to get any sun, which in the summer months is a good thing, but we had bad weather so the room was very cold ( we went in May). It is a 15 min walk into Parga, downhill there but rather taxing on the way back, especially if you have had a few too many cocktails, but plenty of taxis available at the square. I would say these apartments are very good value for money and would definately stay here again.

We stayed at the Efi Apartments in Parga - July 2011 for 2 weeks. The lovely owner Efi greeted us on arrival with smiles and hugs - despite it being 1.30am! During our stay Efi was friendly at all times and if we needed anything she would do her best to help. The apartment was always clean, Efi herself emptied the bins every day, changed the bedding and towels every two days. We stayed in room 6 which had a terrace overlooking the pool and all the facilities needed for a self catering holiday. The Studios are located a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Parga which means it is very quiet, the track to it is cemented (not a dirt track) and a gentle slope, except the last 10 metres which is a little steeper - but well worth the walk for the tranquillity! We'd definately stay with Efi again!! 10/10
