Our opinion: This modern studio complex is light and airy and boasts not one but two swimming pools. It's a bit of a steep walk when returning from Parga - ideal for those who enjoy walking and being further out of town.

The Eleni & Maria Studios are situated next door to each other. They are located in a prominent position above the main road to Anthoussa Village, 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach, Valtos beach, and 20 minute's walk from the bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the centre of Parga. The studios are spacious with modern furnishings which also benefit from having large shared balconies. In the outdoor complex guests will find a lovely outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace, which provides a perfect spot to spend lazy days in the sun. Ideal for those looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Stayed there last year ago with my boyfriend in June. We loved everything about this place! Rooms were lovely,bathroom very nice and modern. 2 swimming pools, staff friendly, nice and helpful rep.We loved walk during a day down to town and in the night we always took a taxi,it cost us only 4e.Would love to go again.

Just done 2 weeks in the Eleni, apartment was basic but clean, swimming pools were fine, fantastic view from shared balcony. €100 for air con for 2 weeks & €20 to keep room on (if poss.) on departure day.
The walk from Town/Valtos to Maria Eleni can be hard especially when hot or on a full stomach! Highly recommended.

just returned from Eleni.
lovely apts spacious and clean with great views
nice walk down into town
steep walk back,not a problem if you are active
only 4 euros if you want a taxi
2 nice pools,will be going back at the first oppurtunity

Just back from Maria apts. Pleased with apartment and small pool. Lovely views out to sea. My only gripe was 60 euros for airconditioning. Most other places were charging 5 euros a night. Nice walk down to the town and beach, but you would struggle to get back up if you have walking issues. Safe was 20 euros and nearest supermarket is ten minute walk back so try and stock up with water and heavy stuff in town and get taxi back which cost 4 euros.

would recommend these apartments to anyone, i had one of my best holidays ever here ,very clean,lovely people and a fantastic resort, people seem to go back to Parga year after year and i can see why.
