Parga Holidays

Parga Holidays

Parga Holidays at a glance

Parga is without doubt the loveliest resort on the mainland with its whitewashed, red-roofed, village houses surrounding the picturesque harbour. Despite its charm and beauty, its tourism industry thankfully remains low key which is Parga's real appeal. For the more adventurous, Epirus is easily accessible along with boat trips to Paxos. Two golden sandy beaches either side of town.Surprisingly varied choice of tavernas and bars.

Parga is the best holiday resort I have ever been to. The people are friendly and it is one of the places you want to  return to again and again .

I loved Parga, and particularly Valtos beach so much that I bought a house there!  Well at the moment it's a hovel really, but if anyone is interested in helping to renovate it I'd be happy to share.  Lots to love about Parga. The beach, the people, the food - try the souvlaki made by the Norwegian lady on the harbour front and the fresh bread and cakes from the bakery which is run by the local lawyer!  A boat trip across to the beautiful emerald bay in Paxos wouldn't do you any harm either.
