Our opinion:
In a quiet location with all amenities close by.
Situated in a quiet location, the Chrysanthi Studios are approximately a 10 minutes walk from the beach and the resort centre. The proud owner of these studios will ensure a pleasant stay. It is just 400 metres to Haraki Square and 650 metres to Haraki Beach.
Haraki is located on the east coast of the island. It is a small and quiet fishing village with a superb pebble beach, fish tavernas and views across to Lindos. The pebbly bay is small but not overcrowded and the water is crystal clear. From Haraki guests can also embark on a one-day excursion by boat to Lindos. Haraki is an ideal place for families wishing to spend a relaxing holiday.

Really nice. The local area is quiet but the local people are very friendly, as are the staff at the pool/bar at Alia hotel. The apartment has everything you need and are well kept. We went in July and I'd definitely recommend paying the extra for the air conditioning as well!

Basic accomodation but clean and well managed. A/C is a must in high season. Unless you want to restrict yourself to Haraki resort car hire is neccessary. The apartments provide no materials for washing up pots/pans etc so consider taking dishcloth/washing up liquid if you are going to eat in. Apartment cleaned twice weekly. Nearest shop/taverna/bar approx 300m. No causeway to this point. Main resort approx 600m.

In our opinion the best feature of the Chrysanthi Studios is the lovely quiet and scenic location. Set outside of the village of Haraki near the main road, the Studios offer easy access to Agathi Beach, a mere 20 minutes walk away. The Studios are set in a lovely rural location which offers fantastic views of Feraklos Castle from the large balconies. There is a Supermarket nearby and a 10 minute walk will take you into the village of Haraki with it's beachfront Bars and Tavernas. The Studios are typically Greek and offer basic facilities, (bring a kettle) and are well maintained, with a linen change and cleaning twice a week.

chrysanthi studios are a hidden gem. Typical greek studios, basic but clean and very quiet. you will need to take a kettle and some washing utensils. Agathi beach is a 20 minute walk but is well worth it. Beautiful beach, blue sea that is safe for kids and you can walk out for over 100yds. On the beach there are 3 tavernas where lunch for 2 will cost anything from 10 to 20 euros. drinks on the beach are expensive compared to the town. The town is a 10 minute walk and is a pretty horseshoe shaped bay. There are plenty of restaurants to try. We tryed a different one each night and never had a bad meal. Some, costas, are more snackish and will cost you 20 euros, others like de vinci are more up market and will cost you 50 euros plus. don't stick to the same restaurant try as many as possible. Haraki is a quiet resort with not a lot for kids but great if you want a quiet relaxing holiday

we stayed at the Chrysanthi in Sept 2011 there was 5 adults we were a bit worried after reading some of the reviews we were not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. They were basic but clean and anyone who has been to Greece before would not really expect a lot more from a studio . Would definatly recommend them to anyone who doesn't have a problem walking we did try to walk to the other beach but did find it a bit of a trek so stuck to Haraki beach. we ate at a different Taverna every night of our weeks holiday and were not disapointed with any of our meals. Would recommend the resort and the studios.

My wife and i stayed at the Chrysanthi Studios at the beginning of June 2012.
We found the room basic but a good size and very clean. The bathroom was a nice size with a decent shower. The studio itself was well equipped with plates and cutlery, but do take a travel kettle! There was a larger than usual balcony with pleasant views towards the castle above Haraki.
Haraki village itself is only ten minutes walk away with plenty of good quality eating establishments to be found and a lovely little harbour to walk along.
We had a most enjoyable stay and would recommend these studios to anyone, and we will be sure to return!!!!

We stayed here in July 2012 in apt 3 for a week. A ground floor flat with inland view. Basic but clean accommodation with bed linen and towels changed on the Wed. Aircon a must in July and Aug I would imagine - cost 56 euros for a week but worth it. Kitchen OK but no kettle or toaster (well it is Greece!). Takes 10-15 min to walk into Haraki and road is well lit all the way. Nearest shop is 'Eva's which stocks al basics and 5 min walk on main road to Haraki. No pool or bar but you may use Alia studios facilities which is opposite Eva's shop on the main road.
Dining out - Da Vincis Italian on main road on right as you walk in. Meal for 2 with a drink about 30 euro.
Drinks - Cocktails and Dreams opposite the little church, cocktails 3.5 euro, long drinks 3 euro, beers 500ml 2-3 euro in all bars and tavernas.
Beach - Haraki half pebbles half sand. Sea does not move all day and is crystal clear, great for snorkelling and cooling off.
Beds - 7euro for 2 with parasol but free if you eat at the Style Bar. Make sure you select the orange and red coloured parasols.
Chrysanthi is basic but OK and clean and nice and quiet - we would stop here again if the price was right.
We will visit Haraki again in the future but we have many other Greek islands to check out first.
