Lindos is known as the most beautiful village on the island of Rhodes. Today, the village of Lindos is quaint, with its cobbled streets and white-stuccoed houses sloping down to the sea. Moving up the hill that shadows the village you have the Acropolis of Lindos, which sits about 380ft up and has some amazing medieval architecture, including a massive castle and tombs. The Acropolis is reached from Lindos through a series of steps, which can be ascended on donkeys. Please note this property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulty as it is located up a steep hill, with many steps leading to the accommodation.
