Our opinion:
Self catering at it's very best, these small family run apartments are a firm favourite amongst guests.
The family-run Anezina Villas consist of three different buildings, with the main Anezina building located around the lovely swimming pool and gardens. The villas offers a relaxing base around the swimming pool, which is set against a backdrop of the resorts stunning mountains. Set in a convenient location, within easy reach of all the amenities and 250 metres from the beach, the friendly owner will ensure a comfortable stay.
Anezina Villas: Studios (1/2 persons) and apartments (2/4 or 3/5 persons) with kitchenette, private bathroom with shower and a balcony or terrace. Air conditioning is available (payable locally). All studios and apartments have satellite TV.
We stayed here years ago, was just looking to see if we could afford again. Not this year. But it was a lovely place to stay, the owners was friendly, the location with 2 boys of 9 and 7 was perfect. THEN cooking was basic but with so many wonderful resturants and places to buy food it was easy to cook mediterranean style simple meals... good location to get buses to get to the capital. We stopped at the Anezina Villas 24 May-7 June 2011 with Olympic, in apartment 11 overlooking the pool.
These are absolutely fantastic apartments. 10/10 for Staff/Cleaning/Ameneties.
Each room and the lounge has it's own book case, full of up to date English language books.
About 300m from Perissa Beach/ 20m from a great supermarket/100m from nearest resturaunt (Cyclades 9/10)
This was our 5th visit to Perissa, and our first to Anezina Villas. It will not be our last.
Room Tip: Rooms 8-11 are apartments round the pool.

Could you tell me what sort of apartment you booked as I notice that there are small apartments for 1-2 people and the larger ones which are a little more expensive.. would rather pay the extra to geta nice room.

I stayed there 17-24 May 2011. As a single female traveller it can be a worry but this resort was completely safe and the complex was wonderful and friendly. I loved the Anezina complex and Perissa. I do not travel to the same place twice usually and have travelled most of Greek Islands but i will be booking for next year as soon as brochure is out! Olympic rep was also very helpful and always available especially when the Iceland volcanic cloud was threatening our return flight.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks June 28 to July 12 with less meltemi than we feared. We had the most enviable studio you could imagine. The position is great, on the flat, not far from the sea, nor 24-hour bakery & a "megamarket" right across the road. Prices better then we expected too. We ate out 13 nights so the basic kitchen did not matter to us. Lovely deep pool, stunning views, excellent cleaner & lovely family. Our first trip to Santorini & we are certainly looking to return after Akrotiri is reopened, definitely to Anezina. If you want to see the Wall Painting replicas, don't go to Petros Nomikos as they have moved to Santozeum in Gold Street, Fira.

We absolutely loved the Anezina the rooms round the pool were fabulous , seperate bedroom and 2 bathrooms.Serviced every day clean sheets and towels regularly. We were there for our friends wedding and the owners actually trimmed all the bar with ribbons, put flowers in the pool, and did a delicious BBQ for all the guests. Cannot fault this accomodation the staff are lovely the pool bar prices are very reasonable and the snacks are very good. Our rep Kia was very good and always there at her specified times and told us a lot about Perissa, and Zoe who planned the wedding for our friends was brilliant. All in all we wish that we could take the Anezina Villas with us where ever we go :-)

6th Sept - 13 sept 2011. My fourth visit in 9 years to Anezina Villas in Perissa was just as magical as my very first. The studios and apartments although basic have been freshly painted and are spotlessly clean as are the communal areas, the pool and the bar. The reason that I and many of the other holiday makers I met keep coming back to Anezina Villas is due in no small part to the owner, Antonis and his wonderful family who cannot do enough to make your time with them very special. They are the perfect hosts!

Not keen on the barren landscape but The Anezina is an absoloute Gem. Fantastic rooms, great people, nice pool and surrounds and only €2 for a large bottle of Amstel at the pool bar. Try and get room 8, 9, 10 or 11 round the pool. Plenty of Tavernas and Restaurants on the sea front and only a €2.2 bus ride up to Thira.

Hi Bob, saw you at the wedding BBQ with ma friends Gill & Dave, Sue One, Sue Two, Helen, Nip-Scratch, Me-Me and the rest of the gang. Great night. The Owners did Cathie and Bob proud with the food and all the decorations round the bar.
