Our opinion: This friendly, family run accommodation is ideally situated close to the resort centre and the beach, yet offers a lovely relaxing atmosphere for those who wish to chill out by the pool.The friendly, family run Sandy Villa Studios are ideally situated just 300 metres from the centre of Perissa and 650 metres from the beach. Located in a quiet area towards the mountains, the property offers its own swimming pool, sun terrace and a snack bar serving tasty snacks so there is no need to venture as far as the beach if you don't have the energy! The apartments offer one of the best swimming pools in the area and there is also a kids' pool for younger guests. It is a short walk to the nearest bus stop where you can take a bus to the town of Fira which is well worth a visit for its stunning scenery.

The villas offers a relaxing base around the swimming pool, which is set against a backdrop of the resorts stunning mountains. Set in a convenient location, within easy reach of all the amenities and 250 metres from the beach, the friendly owner will ensure a comfortable stay.
Irene Studios
Our opinion: These traditional style, well kept studios offer a homely atmosphere with amenities close by.The traditional style, well kept Irene Studios are located 300 metres from the black sandy beach. Mini markets, tavernas, restaurants, shops and a bus stop can all be found within walking distance. This is a small, family run accommodation located in the quiet back streets of Perissa. This simple style accommodation is perfect for those seeking a relaxed atmosphere with beautiful surroundings and a picturesque setting.
Prive Suites
Our opinion: Recently renovated, this compact quirky accommodation is located in the centre of the resort.Prive Suites is centrally located in the resort of Perissa along a side road. The complex comprises of studios and maisonettes located approximately 5 minutes walk away from Perissa beach. However, the pool area is an ideal place for spending lazy days in the sun with the snack bar close at hand. A torch is recommended for returning to the accommodation at night.
Thera Mare Boutique Hotel
Our opinion: A simple contempory hotel sat within a relaxed, laid back resort.The Thera Mare Boutique Hotel is a fusion of traditional charm with todays modern world. From Perissa beach, whic is 400 metres away, you can see the magical sparkling white, triangular sails of the passing yachts which only adds to the sense of serenity and escape from the stresses of everyday life.

Our opinion: Sellada Beach Hotel is a well established traditional accommodation located on the beach front in Perissa.The Sellada Beach Hotel is situated in a great location, right by the black sandy beach of Perissa, close to a wide variety of tavernas and bars and just 100 metres from the nearest bus stop. Renovated in Winter 2010/11, the friendly staff will ensure that you are made to feel at home and will do everything they can to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located approximately 100 metres from the black sandy beach, the Villa Marcos are simple in style and best for those who are seeking a tranquil beach based holiday.
