Situated on a hill, on the outskirts of Skiathos Town, the Elsa Studios are located just a twenty minute walk to the centre of town with its many tavernas and shops. The nearest beach (Megali Ammos) is approximately 1km away (20 minute walk). However, if you fancy a quick dip the Elsa Studios have their own pool and bar area. The Elsa Studios are an ideal choice for couples, and friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the sun. Please note: due to its location traffic noise may be experienced.
Studios (1/2 persons) with air-conditioning (payable locally). twin beds, open plan kitchenette with 2 cooking rings and fridge, kettle, hairdryer, safety deposit box (payable locally), TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, central heating and balcony or terrace with inland view.
There is a wonderful welcome awaiting you when you stay at the Elsa Hotel. It is a family run Hotel and they certainly look after you. We would recommend this accommodation to all. It is situated quite near Skiathos town, which is handy and the BBQ on Tuesday nights is great. We have been to this Hotel quite often and will go back there again.

The studios are set on a hill by the main link road but dont let that put you off. The pool area is fantastic and you never have to fight for a sunbed . If you dont fancy the walk home after a few drinks in Skathos town the taxi ride home for 4 was only 5 euros so well worth it. The studios are self catering and there is a large supermarlket just 5 mins walk down the hill which gets very busy on Saturdays due to all the locals doing their weekly shop, so my advice would be if you are early enough on the Friday make stocking up at the supermarket your first mission , after having that first drink of course at the pool bar and meet up with Elsa and her family.

A warm welcome wasn't given to us when we arrived albiet it was about 1.00 am after an 8 hour delay due to Sky Wings airline - say no more. We didn't have a problem with road noise as others have said but we found the rooms weren't all that clean and it took them 3 days before the floors were swept & mopped. Sheets are not changed twice - only once and altho' the sign says that the towels are changed regulary they were only chenged once.
