Ideal for couples and families who wish to relax during the day and enjoy the nightlife of the resort, which is just a short walk away.
The Athina Studios are superbly located just 5 minutes from the beach and very close to shops, bars, tavernas and restaurants. These simply furnished studios are well maintained and are directly opposite the Alamis studios, where guests can use the pool and pool bar. Athina Studios are the ideal choice for those seeking a self-catering in a great location.
The resort is set amongst olive groves and vineyards and its special features include a fantastic golden sandy beach and a wide choice of water-sports. Tsilivi has fast become one of the main resorts on the island of Zakynthos.

This was our eigth year at tsilivi, our seventh at the athina studios. They are very clean, and very well situated. The couple who run it, Maria and Dinos are very nice and helpful. Obviosly we would like to go back next year. Its amazing how many people go back there year after year.

We love Athinas.Basic accomodation kept clean by Maria. Dino looks after you fruit and veg and Athina helps them both. Close to villge centre without all the noise, close to most of the best eateries without having to stagger to far home.
if you want quiet,relaxing and clean as well as VFM, go and see Athina

we love going to the ATHINA studios maria and dino are lovely people they make you so welcome bars and restaurants are so close and beach is at the end of the road this is our fourth time here we love it

Just back from a lovely relaxing 2 week holiday at Athina Studios in Tsilivi. The location was perfect for us and although basic, the accomodation was just fine. My kids fell in love with Dufus the puppy and the fruit and veg stall next door sold the tastiest and sweetest tomatos and figs on the island.

We adore Tsilivi and return every year. This was our first stay at Athina Studios and will stay again. The apartments are in a perfect location, basic but very clean, spacious for two, clean towels every other day & the owners are so friendly.

this is our third visit to tsilivi and second to the athina studios just got back from 2 weeks brill holiday again cant fault them basic but everthing is so close just about to book again for next year cant wait just fab

This was our second visit to Tsilivi, firs to Athina studios. Love the fact that we had a good hairdrier and kettle supplied. Kitchen is otherwise basic, but I NEVER cook in Greece, so not a problem. Location is great, close to the beach and just a short stroll to the tavernas and bars.

Keith and Sheila-We have been coming to the Greek Islands for 21 years.Zante is our 6th time at Tsilivi.Most apartments have an oven or toaster-Athina has neither-Disappointing as we like to have the odd boiled eggs with toast for breakfast or cheese on toast for a change for lunch after a few wets down The Summertime Bar which we first came to in 1992.Peter and Maria are great hosts and the food is great too.Recommend the chilli concarne-the HOT>HOT>HOT is not for the faint hearted.The Athina Apartments are very clean,well maintained and cleaned regularly and if you don't cook an ideal position for Tavernas ,beach etc.

Going again in four weeks. Basic,quet,lovely people. Close to Bars and restruants. Breakfast opposite in Planos. Beach five minutes away if you walk slowly.
Dino and Maria will give everything to make your holiday great
