The place to come for the perfect holiday blend of fun and relaxation in a convenient location for all the local attractions.
The well-maintained Georgia Apartments are situated next to the main road in Tsivili, close to all local amenities, but still managing to maintain a quiet, restful atmosphere. The pretty, well-equipped rooms open on to covered balconies overlooking the pool area, where guests relax in the sunshine or sit with a refreshing drink from the bar, perhaps watching children splash around in their own pool. Just 600 metres away is a pretty, sandy beach and the shops, restaurants and bars of the resort are all within easy reach. A friendly, fun attitude prevails at the Georgia with karaoke and quiz nights regulars on the schedule. In high season, weekly Greek nights and barbecues help bring the day to an entertaining close.
Studios sleep 1/2 & 1/3 people with twin beds (five studios have a double bed), kitchenette with cooking rings, a private bathroom with shower and a balcony with inland view. The third bed in the studios is an armchair bed only suitable for children up to 12 years of age (not suitable for adults). One bedroom apartments sleep 2/4 people with twin or double beds and beds in lounge, kitchenette with cooking rings, a private bathroom with shower and a balcony with inland view. Safety deposit boxes and air conditioning are available (payable locally).

Weekly Greek night and BBQ (high season only)
Regular evening entertainment including quiz and karaoke nights.
Amazing place to stay !! Will be definitly going back next year :)

Hi Jess... can u give us more detail on the Georgia as in ??...has it got it's own pool...big small??...is the studios facing the road or inland noisy???...is it a proper hotel or just a block of apartments ??...anything else to make us book asap... thanks Marie

Just got back from a weeks stay at the Gerogia Apartments and it was fab! Accomodation is basic but very clean and all the staff were really friendly. Located right in the centre of Tsilivi so perfect if you don't want to worry about getting taxis to get around. We ate in a differerent restaurant every night and had great food at every one, the Greek cuisine was delicious. I would highly recommend the evening trip to Zante town if you like shopping, plus you get a trip to a local winery with free wine tasting before hitting the town!! Tsilivi is a great location if you want a quiet holiday or a party holiday as the cocktail bars stay open until 5am but the restaurants are quiet and relaxed. I loved it so much am hoping to go back in September!!

We have just returned from a fabulous week at The Georgia Appartments (22 - 29/7/2011). This must rate as one our best and most relaxed holidays ever. The staff really are top class, the poolside food and drinks are excellent and very reasonable (cheaper than local restaurants). the service was prompt, courteous and effiecient. The pool is clean and very welcome to cool off and an excellent distraction for the kids. The appartments are basic but very clean and fuctional. I would strongly recommend A/C (40.00 euros Per week). I think some people chose to sleep with their doors open rather than A/c and were eaten alive by mosquitos. Costa - Doris - bridget - Terry really are nice people who work very hard to make you feel most welcome and looked after. I would recommend the Georgia to families and couples who want to avoid the younger and noisier holiday makers. There is a supermarket next door along with a laundrette and restaurants and shops.

Totally agree with all these comments; it is a brilliant place to stay tucked away from the main road. We will be returning to the Georgia for the 4th time in just over 12 months soon - I am looking forward to it again ... so that says it all. People say you should go to different places but when you find somewhere like this you just want to return. We have had different types of holidays there - a family one and just the two of us. Found this gem 6 years ago; it was clean and tidy then but there have been improvements made which make it better still. Love it!!!

Just returned to the UK after a week in the Georgia Apartments :( We had a great time, the apartments are ideally positioned in a central location with everything you need close by. The apartments are basic but clean and roomy; shower room is very small and did not manage to catch any hot water while we were there but who cares the cold water was very welcome! The staff are very helpful and Doris is a real treasure.

have just got back from the georgia apartments fantastic location , very friendly owners, basic but clean rooms that are cleaned daily, two ring hot plates, kettle and fridge with ice box. what more do you need. will be returning next year but for two weeks next time

These apartment's have all you need for a self catering holiday, basic amenitie's, cleaned daily, close to all the taverna's and bar's, a supermarket 1 minute away, short walk to the beach, and the owner's are so friendly, what more do you need, will be back.
