With helpful, friendly owners the Manousis offers a relaxed, well-maintained holiday environment suitable for all ages.
The Manousis Studios, built in 2002, are ideally located in a peacefully picturesque part of Tsilivi, in walking reach of both Zante Town and the sandy beach. It comprises two buildings housing restful, spacious rooms, warmly and elegantly fitted out. Each has a veranda or balcony with mountain views or of the swimming pool. All mod cons are included such as satellite TV, coffee machine, and more.
The lovely pool is edged with a sunbathing terrace where loungers and parasols allow you to keep a comfortable eye on the children enjoying their own splash pool. The adjacent bar offers a variety of drinks and light meals until late afternoon, with pool, darts and chess providing a break from sunbathing. In the evening enjoy an aperitif on the verandah before heading into town to sample one of the many restaurants and bars to be found there, but don't miss Greek night at the Manousis.

Accommodation
The modern and spacious studios are open plan and sleep 2/3 people with twin beds or three single beds, kitchenette with 2 ring cooker and oven, a private bathroom with shower and a private terrace or balcony. Double bedded studios sleeping 2/4 are also available. Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for those with walking difficulties or for wheelchair users due to the distance from beach and resort.
just got back from these studios and it was amazing the place is clean and rooms cleaned daily the greek night is not to be missed it was a very enteraining evening with greek dancers and bbq the owners are brilliant and so are the staff nothing to much trouble for them all in all great place and location will definately be going back to the manousis

our third time to these apts cannot fault anything about them rooms cleaned daily pool nice and clean food excellent try yannis kebabs best in tslivi.english fish and chip shop deliver so no need to go all into town.would recomend these apts tp family and friends and will be back again next year.

My partner and I have stayed twice and I can honestly say that this is the best accommodation of its type that we have ever found. We have been to Corfu, both ends of Crete, Kos, Thassos, Agina and Rhodes so we are no strangers to Greece. We were made extremely welcome and as the other comments say this is spotless. The owners and staff are great. Perfectly situated a few minutes from both the beach and the resort centre but far away enough for a peaceful night's sleep. We will be back

Stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The owners and staff are very friendly and cant do enough to help. Location is good as its only a short walk to the beach and the town. Pool area is kept clean and the pool bar serves great snacks. Would definitely go back

I stayed here in June 2011, the apartments are spotlessly clean and very well equiped, with kettle , toaster. small oven and fridge, with plenty of cups plates and cutlery etc. the apartments are in a very relaxing peaceful place, with the town centre a short 10 minute walk away, the owners and staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you, the pool is a good size, and public toilet and courtesy room also of a very high standard, I will definately be returning next year

we have stayed in tsilivi 8 times ,and it is a great resort ,the island of zante is so peaceful ,and so green there is so much to see and do,and you get out and take in the veiws ,and taste the food,and the people are the best hosts that we have ever met,we have never stayed in the manousis before ,we had seen the it on the olympic site ,after we had booked to stay in the jupiter in may for 2 weeks this year,so when we got there ,we had a motor bike ,and went in search of the manousis,and when we found it, we could not fault it ,it is so clean the rooms are great they have lovely green grass and a clean pool and bar,and most of all the owners are fab,this is family run ,it was nice to talking to them,and it is in easy walking distance from tsilivi center,there are great bars ,and restarents,we are booking up for 2 weeks in August 2012, and look foward to staying in the manousis,and we cannot wait to go back,we just love it there,and we have made so many greek freinds,and as i have said before the people are the best, from tracey and tony ,,from the black country ,westmidlands

We returned from Tsilivi today and it was our first time in Zante and we loved it!
The Manousis Studios are, without a doubt, the best your money will buy. If you're on a budget (like we were) you're best bet for an enjoyable stay is here. You definitely do not feel like you are spending a small amount when you see what it is you get. £380 for two weeks in September is not bad! Myself and my girlfriend decided to have 2 weeks there and it certainly was a great stay thanks to these fantastic apartments. The typically Greek surroundings of giant trees, dusty trails and mountainous backdrops, help to make you feel secluded from the rest of the resort and almost hidden. However, the distance from Tsilivi town center isn't too much. If you take the main roads, the journey can get a little tedious and will take around 10 minutes, at a normal walking pace. However, anyone who has been there before will tell you that there is a shortcut which brings you out slap bang in the middle of the bars and restaurants and probably takes about half the time. The apartments themselves are basic but you can tell that they are well maintained. The bright, open plan apartments are spacious and have a small kitchen area with all you need to whip up a few bacon butties and make yourself a morning coffee. The beds are comfortable but make sure you ask for an extra pillow! The apartments are cleaned daily with a thorough cleaning and a change of bedding every week. Although, you can ask for clean towels and sheets whenever you like and they will be happily delivered to you soon after. The bathroom is is a little small but you have a shower a sink and toilet so what else do you need!? The apartment we stayed in wasn't air conditioned but you can hire a fan for the duration of your stay and it certainly will help if you have trouble sleeping in the heat. Apartments here have a patio door with a shutter which you can close and let the breeze through at night. Being close to the sea means you do have a very nice breeze during the day and sometimes at night. If you do end up staying awake past the time the bar closes, you'll even hear the waves crashing against shore which can make a lovely end to evening if you wish to sit on the balcony and have a few drinkies!
The staff here are very helpful and always give you a friendly 'Good morning!' etc. when they see you. Being family owned, Manousis is a great little place and I would definitely recommend these studios to anyone. I would even return in the future if I was looking for another amazing holiday in the most beautiful part of the island.
