To make it easier for you when choosing your accommodation, Olympic Holidays have compiled ratings for all properties featured in this brochure. These ratings are based on feedback from our customer questionnaires.

Our (+) ratings differentiate between accommodation that has the same rating but differ slightly in quality. These classifications are purely a guide, please check the hotel/apartment description for the official rating.

Exclusive to Olympic Holidays

When you see one of these symbols it means that that accommodation is exclusive to Olympic Holidays completely or is not shared with any other UK tour operator. Since most Greek self-catering accommodation is smaller than in Cyprus, we could apply these symbols to nearly all of it, but we think you would find this confusing. We have therefore restricted use of these symbols to the larger and more select properties in the Greek Islands and to our exclusive Cyprus properties, all of which we are proud to offer - Exclusive to Olympic Holidays ...Exclusively for you.

Lowest Price Guarantee with Olympic Holidays

Olympic Holidays are absolutely confident that our prices are the best there are for the holidays offered in this brochure - so much so that we make this promise:
"If within 14 days of booking your holiday with Olympic Holidays your travel agent or you finds the same holiday (including car hire and cruises) being offered at a lower price in the brochure of any other tour operator, Olympic Holidays will either match the lower price or allow you to cancel free of charge."

Rules:

• The holiday being compared must be identical - i.e. must be for the same departure date, from the same UK airport on a flight of the same category (day or night, scheduled or chartered), to the same hotel/apartments for the same duration, in accommodation of the same category and on the same board basis.



• The price comparison must be for the same party size and composition, be the total invoiced cost excluding insurance premiums (shown on your invoice to you, or the invoice from your travel agent, if lower) against the total brochure price as available from ABTA travel agents only, including all supplements and extras, but excluding all promotional, special, or late availability offers unless the identical offer is included in your Olympic holiday price.



• Olympic will require documentary proof of availability to be provided within 14 days of the date of booking your Olympic holiday.
