• "Just wanted to send a letter of thanks and to say how impressed we were with your representative Zoe Bennett, who we met at Santorini airport for our flight back to Birmingham. Due to extremely bad weather the plane was unable to land on Santorini so our flight was cancelled. Zoe acted very quickly and efficiently, as soon as it was confirmed that the flight was cancelled, she found a hotel for all 40 passengers and booked a meal at a nearby tavernaand within half an hour we were on a coach heading to Perissa, this all happened very quickly and we were not kept waiting around at all. Please pass on our thanks to Zoe and let her know that we really appreciated the work she put in, to ensure we were all looked after and all got back home as quickly as was reasonably possible. She is a credit to your company. "
