Call Centre Manager
A Call Centre Manager is required to lead, motivate and develop our very busy call centre team. The role is diverse, challenging and requires exceptional people management, organisational and communication skills.
Candidates for the position will be expected to have had previous experience in call centre management within the travel industry. The role will involve managing, training and motivating a reservations sales team (including specialised sales and administration) to achieve company standards and targets, enhance the customer experience and maximise profitability. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of your team’s performance including setting of work rotas, monitoring absences and dealing with disciplinary issues.
To be considered for the role, applicants will be expected to display the following attributes:
- Strong people management, organisational and time management skills.
- Be highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, ambitious with a pro-active approach.
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass company targets and objectives will be required.
- Computer skills including knowledge of MS office package.
- Experience of using the ATOP system and having previously worked with CRM systems.

Online Marketing Manager
We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced Online Marketing Manager to make a huge impact in a newly created role and contribute towards the continued growth of our brand online.
The successful applicant will be ultimately responsible for increasing the flow of traffic into our website as well as enhancing conversion. In addition the role will involve overseeing PPC activity, managing SEO plans and liasing with relevant external agencies. You will be responsible for overseeing email campaigns, utilising the CRM database for online marketing purposes, working with affiliate companies and reviewing and analysing statistics to monitor online marketing performance.
The ideal candidate will be keen to use their initiative to develop and implement new ideas, as well as being highly motivated with a will to succeed. Strong experience in online marketing, execution and strategy is essential, along with a thorough understanding of current SEO and PPC best practice. It will be expected that the applicant has a wide knowledge of using CRM for targeted campaigns.
