Can I have some details?First try searching on our website as some accommodation may be additional to our brochure. Can they be pre-booked?We offer a variety of excursions in each resort, a selection of which are listed in the Resort Info section on each hotel page. Excursions cannot be pre-booked. They can be purchased from your Olympic Holidays Representative on arrival in resort. Return to top What payment methods do you accept?Payment is by debit or credit card when you book. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Delta. American Express is unfortunately not available on-line. To make the administration of your booking easier, we have set up the following methods of payment:
Return to top When do I have to pay for my holiday in full?If you book more than 8 weeks before your scheduled departure date, a minimum deposit of £99.00 per person (excluding infants of under 2 years of age on the date of departure) plus any insurance premiums is payable when you book, and the balance will be payable 8 weeks before your scheduled departure date. If you book less than 8 weeks before your scheduled departure date, then the full balance is payable when you book. Return to top Are my details secure online? Yes. Olympic Holidays is committed to protecting your privacy online. We will not share your personal information without your consent unless when required by law. Your credit card details are secure online as we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt your details as they are being sent back and forth across the internet. We use Streamline (NatWest) for credit card clearance and our site is secure, certified by Verisign.Return to top How do I know my booking has been confirmed?At the end of the booking you will be allocated a booking reference number. Please print the page or write down the reference number. Shortly afterwards you will receive an e-mail confirmation as long as the e-mail address you have entered is correct. A few days later you will receive an invoice confirming your booking (as per our booking conditions) by post. Return to top When will I receive my tickets?Your tickets will be sent out to you at least two weeks prior to departure. If this booking is within 15 days from the date of departure then your tickets will be available for collection from the Airport Agencies desk at the UK airport as a TOD (Ticket on Departure). Please quote your booking reference shown on your invoice to collect them. Please note that tickets arranged on departure carry a charge of £12.00 per person. Return to top How do I make a special request?If you have any special request, which is not mentioned in connection with the arrangements described on this website (such as dietary requirements, a need for special assistance or accommodation requests such as ground floor) please inform us on 0870 429 6060, no later than 7 days prior to departure. To pre-book seats, please ring reservations on 0870 429 4141, no later than 2 weeks prior to departure. Please note we will always do our best to meet such requests but cannot guarantee to do so, and in no circumstances will any such request be accepted by us so as to form part of our contractual obligations.
