Qualities Required
For all of our overseas positions, you must be available from March to October. In the case of Representatives, some positions will be available for shorter periods of between 3 - 4 months (ideal for university students!)

To be considered for a role overseas, you will need to have attained a minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in both English and Mathematics, along with having experience of dealing with customers in a variety of situations, on a face to face basis. Applicants for Administration positions will also need to have experience of working in a busy office environment.

If you think you have the ability to adapt to any situation at any time in an exceptionally demanding, but very rewarding and important role, then we would love to hear from you.

Resort Representative
You will be dealing with the needs and requests of Olympic holidaymakers, ensuring maximum satisfaction with all services provided within resort and an overall holiday enjoyment.

One of our holiday reps at the harbourYour duties will be numerous and varied and will include

  • The transfer of guests to and from their accommodation and the airport
  • Presenting highly informative and enthusiastic welcome meetings
  • Selling excursions, car hire and other related products
  • Guiding Excursions
  • Visiting accommodations on a daily basis
  • Problem solving, offering advice, assistance and support to Olympic guests
  • Administration

The role of a Resort Representative is very demanding, days (and nights) can be long and tiring, it's not a 9-5 job and no 2 days are ever the same - but that's why so many people return to work for us year after year. Transfer Representative
Your duties will be numerous and varied and your hours of work could be long with much of the work happening during the night time. The main purpose of this role is to transfer our holidaymakers from the airport to their hotel on their arrival and from their hotel to the airport on their departure.

Transfer Representatives also guide our excursions, ensuring that our holidaymakers thoroughly enjoy their days and nights out with us.

Management Opportunities
Supervisory positions available for Summer within Olympic Holidays consist of:

  • Administration Supervisors
  • Senior Representatives
  • Head Representatives
  • Resort Managers

As a Senior member of the resort team, you will have already progressed to at least team leader level, overseas, for a tour operator.
You will be responsible for monitoring and organising a team of resort representatives and other resort staff, ensuring a smooth running operation and maximising on guests holiday satisfaction and your teams performance.

Your duties will be varied and will include:
A rep answering questions
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the airport
  • Assessing, monitoring and coaching your team to achieve resort targets relating to sales and customer service
  • Problem solving, offering advice, assistance and support to your team when dealing with difficult situations
  • Ensuring that company image is maintained to a high standard
  • Communicating effectively with your team by means of written/verbal methods
  • Holding weekly team meetings

Resort Administrator
You will be mostly office based dealing with all administration relating to arriving and departing passengers by means of computer. Supporting the rest of the resort team and liasing with the UK and Cyprus administration team. You will be responsible for ensuring that systems are updated and correct information is available for resort staff at all times.

Your duties will be numerous and varied and will include:

  • Downloading of all reports relating to arriving and departing passengers
  • Organisation of transfers
  • Charting and organisation of room charts for accommodations, reservation of rooms with hotels
  • Dealing with guests complaints and queries by telephone
  • Organisation of promotional material for resort representatives for guests use
  • Transferring guests to and from their accommodation and the airport


In addition to a General Resort Administrator role, we also have specialist administrator positions available in some of the larger resorts. These are:

Customer Services Administrator - Dealing with telephone enquiries/complaints from customers, coordinating customer service paperwork, trouble-shooting difficult situations.

A happy couple at one of our weddingsWedding Administrator - Dealing with the co-ordination and organisation of customers weddings within resort. Liasing with all suppliers and ensuring that the wedding goes off without a hitch.

Clinic and Airport Administrator - Dealing with clinic cases, liaison with insurance companies and doctors, visiting hospitals, coordinating staff at the airport.

Health and Safety Administrator - Collation and co-ordination of all health and safety paperwork, liaison with hoteliers, production of letters to suppliers.

In order to be considered for any of the Resort Administrator roles, you must have had at least 1 year's experience of working in a busy office, be highly organised and computer literate with a knowledge of most computer packages including Excel. If you believe that you can organise our Resort Team and make sure that everything runs like clockwork, then the next stage is to complete our online application form.
