Situated on a hill, the Riviera Guler Resort in the centre of Gumbet provides some spectacular views out over the town and out to sea. The resort lies on a hill and it is only accessible via a steep slope. The beach is about 600 metres away and the city centre about 500 metres away. Bodrum lies 5 kilometres away and is easily reachable by dolmus (bus) from the main street.

The complex has been split into three sections, the hotel, the club and the club deluxe, however guests are invited to use all the facilities at each complex.
