Long Beach Resort is a wonderful hotel in Turkler Mevkil, in Turkey, suitable for seniors, couples and families with children. Newly built in 2006, the resort enjoys its own private owned 600m of sandy beach.

Accommodation

Guests are accommodated in either Standard or Family Duplex rooms in main building or Villas and Suites. All guest accommodation is decorated to a very high standard and offers a fully equipped bathroom, air-conditioning (summer season), heater (winter season), a hair dryer, safe, piped music, mini bar and satellite television. They all have a furnished balcony or terrace and Family Villas and Suites have connecting rooms and some have direct access to a pool. There is also a Jacuzzi Suite with a private sauna and jacuzzi and an extremely large balcony. There are several guest rooms with facilities for disabled guests, good access and adapted bathrooms.

Entertainment

Mini bar, game centre (darts, table soccer, Atari, billiards), internet café, floodlit tennis, tennis equipment, wellness centre & spa, Turkish bath massage, all massage treatments, telephone and safety deposit boxes are available at a charge. Games room, TV room, lobby, lounge, internet access, minimarket, kiosk/souvenir shop, hairdresser and conference room for up to 250 persons and 3 meeting rooms. There are seven swimming pools in total including one indoor pool with Jacuzzi, a sea water pool, and two pools which are exclusive to villa rooms. There is an aqua park with seven waterslides (open at certain hours). There is a non-smoking section of the restaurant and children¿s section where early dinner may be taken for children. You may obtain a multiple entry visitors visa valid for 90 days at the port of entry on payment of ten pounds sterling, cash (Scottish currency is not accepted).

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the Hayat restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests once weekly and with prior reservation are the specialty restaurants; Ottoman, Fish, Italian and Chinese. Snacks such as fast food (12:00-15:30), Turkish pizza - gozleme (13:00-16:00) and sandwich corner (14:30-17:00) are available at the snack bar, while soup & spaghetti can be taken at the Hayat between 23:30 & 24:30. Customers can have ice cream from 15:00-16:00 at the beach. Coffee time is from 16:00-17:00 at the Café House. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served from 10:00-02:00. Sport facilities at the hotel include Turkish bath (hamam), sauna, fitness centre, table tennis, tennis, sun umbrellas, sun beds, beach towels, boccia, beach volleyball, gymnastics, as well as animation programme, mini club (4-12yrs old) and kids playground. All services & activities between 24:00 & 10:00, fresh orange juice, mocca & cappuccino, bottled beer & wine, drinks in the A la Carte restaurants.
