Our opinion: A great place to unwind, the Asena Village Hotel has a relaxed, family-friendly vibe, lovely gardens and regular evening entertainment.

Asena Village Hotel is a popular choice as many guests prefer to visit the hotel more than once. It is located in the resort of Hisaronu, which is situated on a high plateau 4 km from the coast and surrounded by stunning mountains, the once sleepy villages of Hisaronu and Ovacik have combined to create a lively resort which has a distinctly British atmosphere. The nearest beaches are the famous lagoon of Oludeniz or the pebble and sand beach of Belcekiz. A dolmus leaves every five or ten minutes from the centre of Hisaronu, which is just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is located less than a 5 min walk from Hisaronu resort, 65 km from Dalaman airport (DLM), 8 km (15-20 min on public transport) to Fethiye, and 4 km (10-15 min on public transport) to Ölü Deniz lagoon and beach.

Accommodation

All 42 Family Suites have 2 or 3 connecting bedrooms and cater for 4 to 6 persons; 80 standard rooms are available in double or triple size; all rooms have bathroom including shower cabinet or bath tub; air conditioning (payable locally); minibar; hairdryer; satellite TV; international telephone (payable locally) and a balcony with chairs. Baby cots are available on request.

Entertainment

There is an open restaurant (cap 350) and an indoor restaurant (cap 150), a terrace bar, a snack Bar, a pool bar and a garden cafe-bar. Activities include water polo, kids water polo, football, basketball and volleyball, evening entertainment featuring Turkish night, BBQ, bingo night, karaoke night, billiards tournament, special nights and shows, a swimming pool with children¿s section, Turkish Bath (extra charge), sauna, and a Kid's Club (for ages 2-10, with Brittish in house nanny). There is a TV Room, 24 hour reception, foreign currency exchange, room cleaning daily and towels changed every two days, laundry service, hairdresser, and a market selling snacks, newspapers, souvenirs, and many more. Some facilities may have additional fees. As a service to their guests, the hotel organises daily minibuses to and from the Olu Deniz beach from the hotel wýth some local charge. You may obtain a multiple entry visitors visa valid for 90 days at the port of entry on payment of ten pounds sterling, cash (Scottish currency is not accepted).
