Description
Cala En Blanes is a long attractive calm cove, The beach itself makes it a great place for a drink or to pass the day in the sun. It’s wider and shallower than the other coves in the area and perfect for families with little ones or groups to enjoy a BBQ.
The beach itself is distinguished by the tall palm trees that shade a newly developed BBQ & picnic area open to the pubic with several open BBQs and wooden tables and chairs for each. There is a children’s play area in the form of a pirate ship and a beach hut bar with tables and chairs. There is also a kiosk, and the Pirates Cove Restaurant which has an open terrace with a wonderful view of the cove.
Los Delfines is the local 'resort name' for this area that includes the locations of Cala'n Forcat in the west, Cala 'n Brut and Cala'n Blanes at the eastern end. There are a wide variety of Bars and Restaurants in the greater Los Delfines area. Cala en Blanes is also very residential.
