Agia Irini

A traditional, whitewashed chapel, high on the cliffs, overlooking a volcano and the deep blue Aegean Sea – it’s hard to imagine a more stunning and romantic setting for a Greek islands wedding.

For an even more magical atmosphere, you could hold your ceremony in the glow of a spectacular sunset.

The venue, on the Caldera road between Fira and Pyrgos village, is surrounded by buildings in typical Cycladic architectural style and can accommodate up to 100 guests standing, or 30 seated.

Weddings at Pyrgos Restaurant

Even if all your loved ones can’t make it overseas, the webcam at the Pyrgos Restaurant will allow them to share your celebrations.

And if they do all turn up it’s no problem – the exquisite banqueting halls can cater for hundreds of guests, and there’s a heliport for the most stylish of arrivals! With a picturesque, private church for your ceremony, and serving the finest tastes from the land and seas of Santorini for more than 30 years, the venue has hosted innumerable, memorable weddings.

The multi-levelled building has large windows, effectively becoming an ‘observatory’, with great views across the whole island.

The experienced restaurant staff can organise every detail, from a formal dinner to a family-style buffet, to turn the reception into a celebration of love.
