The Hibiscus Villa is a modern four bedroomed villa that sleeps seven people, and is set in an exclusive gated cul de sac. It is located within walking distance from the nearest sandy beach and less than a five minute drive from the centre of Protaras where there is a wide range of restaurants and entertainment to choose from.
Fully airconditioned throughout, the villa is spacious and well equipped offering all the mod cons that cater for a perfect villa holiday, including free wifi. The surrounding landscaped gardens and palm trees offer a sense of privacy and is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday
The ground floor is open plan in style offering a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area furnished with soft white designer furniture enhanced with modern colourful accessories. Two sets of patio doors lead out to a patio area at the side of the villa, which benefits from the shade provided by mature palm trees and lush greenery. The open plan kitchen area comes well equipped with all appliances including a fridge freezer, full oven and hob (4 rings), microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The villa also has two flat screen TV’s showing multiple channels for your enjoyment.
The first floor has three good sized bedrooms, each with en suite facilities (walk in shower). The master bedroom has a double bed and a private balcony .The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a single bed with a bathroom located just across a hallway.
The spacious garden of the Hibiscus Villa is one of its best features. The swimming pool is complemented by sunbeds and parasols as well as outdoor furniture inclusive of rattan dining table and chairs. There is also an outdoor built in BBQ area making it an ideal place for al fresco dining.

Four bedroom villa sleeps up to 7 people with two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom upstairs, and a single bedroom downstairs. All upstairs bedrooms have an en suite bathroom (with shower only).
