It is situated directly on the golden sandy beach of Pernera area a mere 5 minutes walk from the entertainment and shopping area and 1.5kms from the bustling centre of Protaras where restaurants, bars and shops are located. Relaxation, nature and water were key words in the concept behind the design. The villas have their own private swimming pool (rectangular 18m³, depth 1.40m, freshwater) and a garden area which is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture.
Four bedroom villas sleep up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors with sea views. On the ground floor you can find the living room, sitting room, kitchen and 1 twin room with en suite bathroom with massage shower panel and a toilet. On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with massage shower panel, 2 twin rooms and one bathroom with Jacuzzi. The villas have their own private swimming pool (rectangular 32m³, depth 1.40m, freshwater) and a garden area which is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture.
