Seabed Villa (65.5m2) sleeps up to 5 persons and is a ground floor villa located at the highest point of the complex. It has two bedrooms with double beds (convertible to four singles on request), a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub or shower, bathrobes, slippers open plan living area with a sofa bed and kitchen with fridge, cookware and tableware. The villa has a private veranda with views of the Aegean Sea, the castle, town and Livadi beach. The terrace is shaded by a white pergola and includes a dining area, small heated pool with Jacuzzi and sun loungers. Amenities include; air conditioning, bath amenities, coffee and espresso maker, flat screen TV, safety deposit box, hairdryer, free WiFi and iron and ironing board.
Coral Villa (65.5m2) sleeps up to 5 persons and is a ground floor villa featuring two bedrooms with double beds (convertible to four singles on request), a bathroom with hydro massage column, bathrobes, slippers and a spacious open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The villa opens onto a private veranda with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, the castle, town and Livadi Beach. The terrace is shaded by a white pergola and furnished with a dining table and chairs. The villa also offers a small private heated pool with Jacuzzi, sun loungers, independent storage room and a private parking space by the entrance. All the other amenities are as per Seabed Villa.
Shell Villa (54m2) sleeps up to 4 person and is a two storey maisonette. The ground floor features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with traditional furniture, bathroom, slippers, white wooden spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom which has a double bed and its own bathroom with a hydro massage column. A traditional blue framed door opens to a balcony with a wooden railing offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea, castle and Livadi Beach. All the other amenities are as per Seabed Villa.
Scallop Villa (64m2) sleeps u to 5 persons and is a two storey maisonette. The ground floor features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with traditional furniture and a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom with a hydro massage column and slippers. A traditional blue framed door opens to a balcony with wooden railing offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea, castle and Livadi Beach. The villa has its own private veranda and includes a dedicated parking space, providing comfort and convenience for a relaxing stay and all the other amenities as per Seabed Villa.
Starfish Villa (54m2) sleeps up to 3 persons and is a two storey home. The ground floor features a traditional living room with carved wooden decorative shelves, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom and slippers. A white wooden staircase with a hydro massage column. The bedroom opens onto a balcony with a traditional panelled railing offering unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea, castle, town and Livadi Beach. All the other amenities are as per Seabed Villa.
Pearl Villa (108m2) sleeps up to 7 persons and is the largest two storey villa of the complex. The ground floor features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with traditional furniture, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a hydro massage column (jacuzzi), bathrobes and slippers. The upper floor includes two bedrooms, each with beds that can be converted into four singles upon request, a bathroom with a hydro massage column, both bedrooms open onto a large terrace with stunning views of the Aegean Sea, the castle and Livadi Beach. One bedroom also features a small balcony with traditional blue framed door and wooden railing. Pearl Villa is furnished with high quality products and also offers luggage compartments and thoughtfully designed interiors with simple, relaxing island décor reflecting traditional Aegean architecture.
