Thea 1 (120m2) sleeps up to 6 persons featuring two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and private bathroom with a bathtub and the second with two single beds with its own balcony. There is a separate kitchen and living area where there are two sofa beds, dining table, TV corner, second bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, free WiFi, safety deposit box, Smart TVs, kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, oven and hob, fridge, hairdryer, cot and highchair upon request, washing machine, dishwasher in Thea 1 only, BBQ and two spacious private balconies with unobstructed views of Lindos bay.
Thea 2 (105m2) sleeps up to 4 persons featuring two bedrooms, the first with a king size bed and the second with lounge facilities including two single beds and a sofa. A separate fully equipped kitchen with enough seats for all residents and a bathroom with a shower. Half of the courtyard is shaded and there is a again seating for everybody plus a small sink, small BBQ and two sunbeds. All the facilities are as per Thea 1.
Thea 3 (90m2) sleeps up to 5 persons featuring two bedrooms, the first with a traditional Lindian bed with a king size double mattress and the second with tow single beds and a private bathroom with a bathtub. A separate kitchen and a second bathroom with a bath. Thea 3 has a comfy living area complete with a sofa bed. Half of the courtyard is shaded and there is again seating for everybody plus a small sink, small BBQ and two sunbeds. All the facilities are as per Thea 1.
Thea 4 (71m2) sleeps up to 4 persons featuring a welcoming entrance veranda with a comfortable lounge furniture. The property offers a private courtyard with both sunshine and shaded areas, comfortable furniture. off the courtyard are two bedrooms both with private bathrooms, one being double and one a twin bedroom. A full kitchen is also located off the courtyard and a small BBQ is available for guests wishing to enjoy cooking and dining alfresco. All the other facilities are as per Thea 1.
Thea Suite (30m2) sleeps up to 2 persons featuring the newest addition to the Thea family and is a perfect option for couples who want to enjoy the luxury and central location of Thea but on a smaller scale. Thea Suite is a self catering property and is generous in size with a spacious open plan sleeping, lounge and dining area, separate well equipped and separate shower room. The suite also boasts a separate private outdoor space in the form of a garden terrace with sea views just a few metres walk from the property. All the other facilities are as per Thea 1.
