Villa Chrysanthi is an old, two-storeyed stone-house, fully renovated in 2005 by the owner, Mr. Mavrakis George an architect living on Rhodes island.
The house is fully equipped with fridge, dish-washer, electric cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, water heater, iron, washing-machine, hair dryer and safe. All rooms have air conditioning units (payable locally) and a TV set.
Distance from the beach (harbour side) and main square is only 70 meters. It accommodates 5 adults.
Due the number of steps at the front entrance to the property, this accommodation is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Accommodation
Two bedroom villas with inland view consists of two floors. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds), bathroom/WC, an open plan kitchen and living area and a wooden staircase leading to the first floor, as well as a spacious veranda with sea view. On the second floor, there is one bedroom (single bed - suitable for children), a bathroom/WC and a balcony with sea view. Air conditioning (payable locally).
