FOOD

Espetos de sardinas – Fresh sardines skewered on reeds and grilled over an open fire on the beach, one of the Costa del Sol's signature dishes.

Pescaíto frito – A selection of lightly battered and fried fish and seafood, often served with lemon.

Ajoblanco – A chilled soup made from almonds, garlic, olive oil, bread, and grapes, perfect during the hot summer months.

Gazpacho and salmorejo – Refreshing cold tomato soups that are popular throughout Andalusia.

Jamón Ibérico – Premium cured Iberian ham, often served with local cheeses and olives as tapas.
