Standard Studio sleeps up to 3 persons and is located in Plaza Amarilla, Del Sol, Palmeras, and Montana Apartments on the ground level without views. Facilities include a bathroom with bath or shower, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box (payable locally), and a terrace with table and chairs.

Classic One Bedroom Apartment sleeps up to 4 persons and is located in Plaza Canarias. Features a separate bedroom with double or twin beds, living area with sofa bed, and balcony or terrace. All facilities are the same as Standard Studio rooms.

Superior One Bedroom Apartment sleeps up to 5 persons and is located in Plaza Amarilla, Del Sol, Verde, Palmeras, and Montana areas. Features a separate bedroom, living area with sofa bed, and balcony or terrace. All facilities are the same as Classic One Bedroom Apartments. Superior One Bedroom Beachfront Apartments are also available.

Superior Two Bedroom Apartment sleeps up to 6 persons and offers the same facilities as the One Bedroom Apartments, with the added benefit of an additional bedroom for extra space and comfort.

Family Suite sleeps up to 4 persons and features a separate bedroom with a double bed, living room area with sofa bed, bathroom with bath or shower, and a furnished balcony or terrace. All other facilities are the same as the Standard Studio.

Junior Suite sleeps up to 4 persons and includes a separate bedroom with a double bed, living room area with sofa bed, bathroom with bath or shower, and a furnished balcony or terrace. All Standard Studio facilities are included. Junior Suite Beachfront is available at a supplement.
