Your Olympic team will make sure that you have your departure details in plenty of time, usually 24 hours prior to departure day.
These are always posted on WhatsApp for you, under the Transfers section in our catalogues and you can also message or send an email to request them.
Departure times are also emailed to the hotel reception desk for you if you are in a large hotel that is staffed 24/7
On the day of your departure, please make sure you hand your key into reception or leave in the door at the accommodation.
Make sure you have all your personal belongings, and your passport and boarding pass are ready in hand luggage.
Please make your way to the departure pick-up point in good time, we recommend 10 minutes before and be prepared to wait for at least 20mins as there may be hold ups with traffic.
