Your Olympic team will make sure that you have your departure details in plenty of time, usually 24 hours prior to departure day. These will be sent to you via whatsapp, if you have no access to this then please get in touch with your hotel reception.
All ferry tickets for Karpathos Departures will be delivered by our local team at least 24hrs prior to departure. A taxi will be prebooked for your transfer and the time and number included in your welcome pack on arrival.
On the day of your departure, please make sure you hand your key into reception or leave in the door at the accommodation, having also settled all room bills and paid accommodation taxes.
Please make your way to the departure pick-up point in good time, we recommend 10 minutes before and be prepared to wait for at least 20mins as there may be hold ups with traffic. Make sure you have all your personal belongings, and your passport and boarding pass are ready in hand luggage.
