Departure Information
Your Olympic team will make sure that you have your departure details in plenty of time, usually 24 hours prior to departure day.
To see information on your departure transfer pick-up time, you can login to: http://myholiday.mtsglobe.com (not earlier than 24 hours before your departure flight time). Once you login, you go to ‘Locate My Transfer’.
You may also request your departure pick-up time from the hotel reception (not earlier than 24 hours before your departure flight time).
On the day of your departure, please make sure you hand your key at the reception.
Please make your way to the departure pick-up point in good time, we recommend 10 minutes before and be prepared to wait for at least 15 mins as there may be hold ups with traffic. Make sure you have all your personal belongings, and your passport and boarding pass are ready in hand luggage.
