Please note that all departure information will be provided in your welcome letter, which you will receive upon arrival, along with any relevant ferry or boat tickets.

If you have lost or misplaced your welcome letter, please contact your Olympic Representative as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours prior to your flight departure, to request your departure pick-up details again.

Your departure details are also posted on WhatsApp under the Transfers section in our catalogues, and you may also message or email us to request them.

For Island Hopping guests or guests with ferry transfers, departure information will be provided via message or email.

On some occasions, departure details may also be left at the hotel reception desk, particularly in larger hotels with 24-hour reception.

On the day of departure, please ensure you return your room key to reception or leave it in the accommodation door, where instructed.

Please make sure you have all personal belongings packed and that your passport and boarding pass are easily accessible in your hand luggage.

We kindly ask that you arrive at your departure pick-up point in good time. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time and allowing for possible traffic delays of up to 20 minutes.
