Your Olympic team will make sure that you have your departure details in plenty of time, usually 24 hours prior to departure day.
These are always posted on WhatsApp for you, under the Departure section in our catalogue. You can also send a WhatsApp message to request them however they will have been added to your welcome envelope that you received on arrival.
On the day of your departure, please make sure you hand your key into reception or leave in the door at the accommodation.
Please make your way to the departure pick-up point in good time, we recommend 10 minutes before and be prepared to wait for at least 20mins as there may be hold ups with traffic. Make sure you have all your personal belongings, and your passport and boarding pass are ready in hand luggage.
If your luggage came via the luggage truck it will also return to the airport via the luggage truck. Please check your welcome pack or the departure information section in WhatsApp & make sure you leave your luggage out at the correct time.
