Spain - Canary Islands

Tenerife

If your holiday booking includes shuttle bus transfers, upon arrival, after collecting your luggage, proceed through the arrivals hall to the office marked CANARY SHUTTLE (office number 3, inside the main building). Your guide will inform you about the bus number. There may be a waiting time of a maximum of 1 hour.  If you have booked private transfers, the driver will wait in arrivals with a sign with your name, for departures the pick up time will be sent to your hotel 2 days before departure. In case of incidence, clients should never leave the airport without previously calling their transfer company where they will receive further instructions.

Gran Canaria

If your holiday booking includes shuttle bus transfers, upon arrival after collecting your luggage, proceed through the arrivals hall following the Orange arrow to the left to the office marked CANARY SHUTTLE (office number 19, inside the main building). Lanzarote

You will see in front of the ramp to get into parking the Canary Shuttle office Nº 5. Your guide will inform you the bus number. There may be a waiting time of a maximum of 1 hour. If you have booked private transfers, the driver will wait in arrivals with a sign with your name, for departures the pick up time will be sent to your hotel 2 days before your departure. Fuerteventura

Spain - Balearics

Majorca

If you have booked Shuttle bus transfers please go to the Viajes Urbis desk which is located by column 3 in the arrivals hall to be directed to your transfer. For return transfers - your pick up time will be sent from Viajes Urbis by e-mail to your hotel reception no later than 36 hours prior to departure. If for any reason your name does not appear on the list you can confirm online at confirm.viajesurbis.com or you can call the resort office on +34 902 302 055. 

Menorca

If your package holiday includes shuttle bus or private transfers, after collecting your luggage, please proceed to arrivals hall and look for "Viatges Magon" office to the right of the exit doors and they will provide the transfer to your hotel and give you details of your return transfer, you do not need to call to confirm. Any queries please call "Viatges Magon" office on (0034) 971 351 300 during office hours 9am-7pm Mon-Fri, 10am-1pm Sat, closed on Sundays/bank holidays.

Ibiza

If you have booked Shuttle bus transfers, please turn right in Arrivals hall and go to “World 2 Meet” office with Green letters (at the end on the right hand side). Here you will be given a voucher with contact details to confirm your return pick up time. You can also confirm the pickup time by calling +34 971 305386 or +34 971 303791 (36 hours before departure). If you have booked a private transfer, please turn right in Arrivals hall and go to “World 2 Meet” office with Green letters (at the end on the right hand side). 36 hours prior to check out date, pick up time for departure will be sent to your hotel.  24 hour Emergency Phone number is +34 971 434164 (office hours) or +34 634 901 651 (out of hours). Please note that due to the flight times, there may be a waiting time of up to one hour.

Mainland Spain

Costa Blanca - Alicante

If you have booked shuttle transfers please go to the Abas Costa Blanca Desk (with Olympic logo displayed) on level -2 (minus 2) of the arrivals terminal and they will indicate the way to your transfer bus. For departure transfers - details will be sent to your hotel 48 hours before departure, or call +34 96 584 3460 for pick-up information. If you have booked Private transfers your driver will be waiting in arrivals with a board with your name on it, your return pick up details will be sent to your hotel 24-48 hours before departure, or call +34 96 587 3268. Costa del Sol - Malaga

If your package holiday includes shuttle bus transfers please go to desk number 7 (called Rusadir and NT Incoming) at the end of the baggage claim hall. There will be a guide with Olympic logo who will guide you to the shuttle bus. If you have booked private transfers your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall and hold a sign with your name. For departure transfers - details will be sent to your hotel approximately 3 days before departure.

Turkey

Dalaman

If your package holiday includes shuttle bus or private taxi transfers, on arrival please go to desk 21 where transfer staff will be waiting (outside by the bus parking area, not in the arrivals hall). For departure transfers - details will be sent to your hotel by Intramedsev office 1 day before departure. Antalya

If your package holiday includes shuttle bus or private taxi transfers, on arrival please look for signs and staff from "7/24 Transfer" company within the bus parking area (not in the arrival hall). For departure transfers - pick up times will be sent to your hotel by Intramedsev office 1 day before departure. Bodrum

If your package holiday includes shuttle bus or private taxi transfers, on arrival please go to desk 11 where transfer staff will be waiting (outside by the bus parking area, not in the arrivals hall). For departure transfers - details will be sent to your hotel by Intramedsev office 1 day before departure. Malta

If your package holiday includes shuttle bus transfers; once you exit into the arrivals lounge follow signs on the left to the “MTS” booth, located between the coffee shop and the pharmacy, where you will be directed to your transfer. 

If you have booked private transfers your driver or representative will be waiting in arrivals with a board with your name on it. 

For departure, clients will be sent details of their pick up time to their hotel reception a few days before departure. Croatia

If you have booked transfers for a package holiday in Croatia you will receive a transfer voucher by e-mail from us prior to your departure. Transfers will be provided by supplier A2B.

Portugal

If you have booked Shuttle bus transfers, please go to the “Green Bus” welcome desk where Green Bus staff will direct you to your waiting transport. Waiting time after landing is 60 minutes maximum. Return pickup times can be checked 2 days before departure by calling 00351 221 450 150 (10am-6pm). If you encounter any problems at the airport or for your return pick up please call 00351 221 456 456.  If you have booked a private transfer, when you exit arrivals you will see a driver with a board with your name, for departures your pick up time will be sent to your hotel one day before or call 00351 911 111 316.

Sicily and Sardinia

If you have booked arrival transfers for a package holiday in Sicily and Sardinia upon arrival at your destination airport either a driver or an airport representative will be waiting for you, holding a sign bearing your name in the arrivals hall.

If you have booked return transfers from your accommodation when on a package holiday in Sicily and Sardinia; you will receive a pick up time directly at the hotel. Details will be sent to your hotel by fax 2 days before departure; with all the relevant details and contact numbers (emergency numbers). The emergency number for Sardinia and Sicily is 0039-081-8071581.

Greece, Cyprus, Goa, Gambia and Egypt

If you have transfers included with your package holiday or if you have paid extra to add them to your booking, you will be met by a representative on arrival at the resort airport and you will be directed to your transfer.

If you have booked Shuttle bus transfer a representative will direct you to your transport. Waiting time for shuttle transfers can be up to 60 minutes.

Cape Verde

If your holiday booking includes shuttle bus transfers, upon arrival, after collecting your luggage, when you exit the arrivals hall you will see a driver with a board with logo "W2M". Present your voucher to the driver and he will direct you to your waiting transport. For departures, confirmation of your pick-up time will be given to you on your arrival transfer, wait time for collection from hotel reception is up to 15 minutes after the schedule time.
