Greece

If you have transfers included with your package holiday or if you have paid extra to add them to your booking, you will be met on arrival at the resort airport and you will be directed to your transfer.

Please note that due to flight arrival times, you may have a wait of up to 1 hour for shuttle bus transfers.

Corfu Transfer Information: If you have transfers included with your package holiday or if you have paid extra to add them to your booking, upon arrival to Corfu please proceed to the arrivals area and on the right-hand side, proceed towards the “Lord Travel” office where you will see an Olympic Holidays sign. From here you will be directed to your choice of transport. Please note there can be up to a 1-hour wait for shuttle transfers.

Crete Transfer Information: If you have transfers included with your package holiday or you have paid extra to add them to your booking. Upon arrival at Heraklion airport please proceed to outside of the arrivals hall where you’ll find desk number 23 (Hellenic Zeus) and a representative will assist with your transfers.

Rhodes Transfer Information: On arrival proceed through the double doors into the arrivals hall and to the left at the back of the arrivals hall are the Tour Operator desks. Make your way to the Travel Exchange desk which also has the Olympic sign where one of our agents will be waiting to give you your welcome pack and direct you to your transfer

Ferry transfers between islands

Please note that we are unable to confirm ferry timings prior to your arrival in resort, timings are subject to change and weather conditions.

Where there is a transfer between islands by ferry as part of your holiday arrangements, please note that we recommend day flights to permit ferry transfers on the same day where possible.

However, please bear in mind that ferry sailing times do not always allow this. If your flight arrives after the last ferry has departed, if flights are delayed, or if ferries are cancelled and the wait exceed over 8 hours, you will be accommodated overnight on the island at which your aircraft arrives until the next ferry sailing. In such cases your stay at your booked accommodation may be shorter than the full 7 or 14 nights you have booked. No refund will, however, be payable.

Paphos Airport

Coach, private taxi and private mini bus transfers - Operated by a company called MTS Globe Cyprus LTD . They will have the Olympic logo sign on their desk which is located in the Tour Operator Meeting area outside of the terminal doors. Please note that the coach transfer is a shuttle service and clients may wait up to one hour from when they contact the MTS Globe Representative. Larnaca Airport

Please note there is a waiting time of up to 60 mins from when you go to the booth until you depart the airport.

For departures, confirmation of your pick-up time will be given to you on your arrival transfer, wait time for collection from hotel reception is up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
