Departure Transfers details are available to view on WhatsApp as follows:
Pick-up Details: Your Olympic overseas team will make sure that you have your Departure Transfer details in plenty of time, usually 24-36 hours prior to your departure day.
These are always posted on WhatsApp for you, under the Departure Transfers section in our catalogues and you can also send us a message or email to request them.
On the day of your departure, make sure you hand your key into reception or leave in the door at the accommodation.
Please make your way to the departure pick-up point outside your accommodation, in view of the road and in a safe shaded area. Be prepared to wait for at least 15mins for a Private Taxi Transfer and 30mins for a Shuttle Transfer, as there may be hold ups with traffic.
Make sure you have all your personal belongings, and your passport and boarding pass are ready in hand luggage.
